Breakfast was decent, though I would have like a little more variety. The scrambled eggs were runny. Liked the coffee and water counter that was available in the lobby 24X7. Room was spacious and clean, with necessary toiletries available.

They were not willing to clean our room even after staying for 2 nights. We were there for 4 nights in total, and got housekeeping only once! I have small kids and the rooms were getting messy. The trash cans were overflowing, so would have liked housekeeping to come atleast 1 more time during our stay.

Very clean and attractive hotel! The staff with whom I interacted were very friendly, although at check in, the woman at the desk (may have been the manager) had her tween or teen daughter with her at work, and the girls asked if she could get a drink from the drink refrigerator that is for guests. The checkin took a long time, and the woman claimed it was the slow mountain internet. I just didn't think it was professional (not the best first impression). However, this is likely one of the cleanest hotels in which I've stayed in a while and offered a diverse and large breakfast.

The bed! The mattress was really lumpy, and there were guests there attending a funeral in the area who were pretty noisy on Saturday night. Breakfast was good, but I think having real oatmeal (not the sugary individual packets), more fresh fruit, and whole wheat bread would be nice for those of us who try to eat healthy.

No one else was using the pool so my best friend and my daughter had it all to themselves in the evening. In the morning, my daughter and I had it to ourselves. It was great! I couldn't have asked for better.

It wasn't overly problematic but we did have to ask the front desk for towels for the poo. They were none on the shelf. The girl behind the counter was very nice and gave us some immediately once we asked but we did have to ask.

VERY good hotel, very clean, new building, nice room, nice bathroom.

Breakfast is not good. Boiled eggs were just out of the refrigerator, very cold. It would be better if they were cooked daily. Scrambled eggs could be prepared with fresh eggs. Bread was without taste. No plain yogurt. No fresh fruit. Poor quality of the items. Coffee was very good though. I was disappointed because the hotel is so good and comfortable. And to be more environmental friendly I think hotels in general should start using reusable dishes and glasses, like in other countries.

Convenient, exceptional staff who went above and beyond, especially Melanie your General Manager,and service. Reasonable price.

A place to walk around would be a nice improvement. Having an evening snack or cookie for the guests.

Standard breakfast buffet, or fruit ,porridge,yoghurt,muffins bagels. Enough to satisfy most people.We had friends many come and visit us in the lounge on a few evenings and they felt comfortable here.

The printer has not worked since covid but reception can help if anybody there has the qualifications to do so. Not all the equipment in the gymnasium was working. Neither of these spoilt our time here.

Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options.

There was hair on the bathroom counters and bathroom floor. The bathroom floor had a few sticky spots. There was no blow-dryer in room 410. The outlets were inconvenient for charging phones and other devices.

Room was big and super clean. View was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Staff at the front desk, the housekeeping staff and the folks in the breakfast area were all super nice and friendly. Elevator was never crowded and easy to use.

Location was great for our trip home from Florida. Check in was very easy. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good but missed wheat bread. Coffee was very good. It was a very good place to spend one night on the road.
