Lovely room that worked well for three ladies. Wonderful front desk staff. A few minor issues. TV would not work when we got there. Was on but could not be controlled or turned off. Security came to turn it off that night. Rectified the next morning. No wine glasses in room and although booked for three no coffee or cups for three. Also wifi worked first evening we were there but didn’t work for rest of our two night stay. Room was either too hot or had fan blowing on the bed that was loud.

Facility and suite were clean, comfortable and quiet. Location was nice. safe and easy to get to from I-90. Parking spaces were tight, but covered and secure. All spaces close to the entrance. Adequate luggage transports/carriers were readily available and accessible. Friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate for most with fruit, eggs, three proteins, juices, coffee cereal and breads. I would definitely recommend.

Parking spaces were tight especially if surrounded by pick-up trucks or vehicles that straddled a line.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property from the parking lot up to the room. I also liked how open the lobby was along with the sitting area. Although we did not utilize the market area, I did enjoy how everything was organized and full. I did enjoy the suite itself. All the aspects of the room felt new and modern.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was only 1 elevator area and the rooms were pretty spaced out from the elevator entrances. Our room was at least a 3 minute walk in the opposite direction of the elevator. Just seemed unnecessarily far.

Room was very nice, had a little trouble adjusting temperature to our liking. Very nice though

The breakfast could have been better. Biscuits were cold and no place to warm them. Toaster hardly warmed the bagel up that my daughter tried. The second morning we ate at a restaurant to make sure we had a good hot meal before we left Seattle.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms smelled amazing and were very clean. Generally the hotels we've been to at this price and stars, don't smell this nice and aren't as clean. But that's probably because this hotel is new, plus the modern look was a great bonus. The complimentary breakfast was from 6AM-10AM and honestly pretty decent. (I also don't expect big things from hotel breakfasts) We got a King Suite and it was fairly spacious. The interior is furnished by West Elm which is what made the modern touch so nice. I usually stay at a hotel after snowboarding and I will be coming back to this hotel every year.

Parking is $15 a night which I think is a bit pricey, but the lot is private, covered, and has lots of parking. (Although the parking spots were very tight) The beds were also a bit too soft, but not bad at all.

Get RID of crappy syrup- you’re hotel won’t broke serving pure organic maple syrup. It’s a very nice hotel but I get so tired of hotels that are nice using Heinz corn syrup ketchup etc … step it up even if your side the price of each room $1/night to use good food

Great location, clean, friendly staff.

Pool was closed. :( Was there for a marathon & was told they had a breakfast grab bag but wasn’t until 5. We had to be at the shuttles at 4, so couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast on race day. Would be awesome if they just opened up earlier for the runners as some other hotels have done for races.

There is coffee in the thermos' all day long in the lobby downstairs. I liked the way the room was set up; we had a sofa that doubled as a bed (my 14-year-old said it was comfy) with a pull out bed underneath. This was separated from the "master bed" by a desk with a glass screen. Fridge/drinks area was clean. A true closet was delightful. Shopping is within walking distance. A little longer walk takes you to Gilman Villiage.

I thought it was a bit pricey, but I remember Issaquah as a cow-town. The area is very commercial, so not terribly inviting. Our view was of a drab parking lot. Breakfast was just ok: a lot of packaged goods, some fruit.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.

We asked the front desk if he could print us directions to Lumen field and he said he didn't know where that was and told me to use my Google maps on my phone. He then went to get manager. I asked the manager of he could tell me the closes sound transit station/ park and ride, his reply was I didn't vote for that so I don't know............. There was no information post or sheet in room for check out or when breakfast started and ended. So we missed that.

The breakfast and the staff were great. Also liked having a washer and dryer to do laundry. Th bar area was good also with a great bartender.

Everything was good.
