Great location right off I90 with an IHop restaurant & an Am/Pm Gas Station & Convenience Store in same parking lot

The number of people who park in Handicapped parking spaces with NO placard or plate! Also a very aggressive dog ended up killing a small Chihuahua after attacking 4 other dogs & attempting to attack my 11lb Service Dog!! Attacked a dog with in minutes of checking in & in my opinion, they should have been told to leave immediately & not remain here for 2 weeks attacking other dogs & killing one! Also they desperately need new washers & dryers; they constantly are breaking down & don’t work properly!

The staff were amazing, efficient, and treated us like we were their most important customer. We enjoyed our time there so much we extended our stay twice! Any requests were met in an efficient and friendly manner. Every employee we met treated us the same. It was such a great feeling and I would definitely come stay at this establishment again!

Parking was the only area of concern. There was a small truck with a trailer that parked across like 5 parking spots. Not a big issue if it had been just 1 night. However, it was there the 4 nights/days we stayed.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Their remodel is well done and really nice. The staff is amazing! Always ready to please attentive and respectful. Great location & value, parking is free onsite. It’s been my go to traveling and will stay again.

TV could have better reception. Also just a suggestion, Pay per view movie channels would be awesome. Everything else was great.

Great friendly helpful Staff, excellent location with many restaurants, fast food, grocery stores including Costco a few blocks away & Lake Sammamish State Park is beautiful & within walking distance

Unleashed dogs & owners who don’t pick up their dogs poop- there’s numerous Poop Bag Stations all over the property so it’s pure laziness on the Owners behalf! **Also owners who have a dog reactive dog & don’t control their animal especially around litter dogs!

Noisy neighbors directly above us made excessive noise until midnight & would start up again at 3:30am! I also get frustrated by people who don’t have a Handicap Placard or plate parking in the limited Handicap Parking Spaces. As a legitimate Disabled person it makes me mad!!!

This location was easy to find and though the building is older the interior is nicely updated and clean. I stayed in a single queen room and it was plenty of room for me or a couple, but would have been very small for someone with children The parking lot is well lit, and it was quiet throughout my stay. The only drawback for me was that the heater/fan in the room was noisy. Those with mobility issues may want to request a ground floor room as I did not notice elevators.

Couple things I think could have been fixed but I didn’t not like it.. Like a bathroom door im would of been nice or at least a warning there wasn’t one.. 141 had no bathroom door. And then the hot dragon breath cool fan air was not much helpful for the hot night. Maybe a little fan would of been nice to offer for during the hot summer days. Actually enjoyed the corkyness to the place. As a person who has worked in the hotel housekeeping game for over 20 years, the room as nicely cleaned.. thank you to the housekeepers..

1. Very clean room and smelled amazing when I opened the door. 2. Room had to be recently updated.. everything from the TV, sink, furniture, lamps and bed felt new. 3. IHOP is in the same parking lot and a Arco gas station is next to that. 4. Bed was very comfortable for me. 5. Very quiet at night, at least at my room (rm139) and it was a Thursday night, so that probably helped as well.

Cons 1. Fan for the heat was kinda loud, even on low. I could sleep thru it, but when I was awake, it was a little irritating. 2. Shower was a little small. 3. Everything to eat, closes at 10 or before (unless you want fast food) even small pizza spots close at 10.. Places that say they close at 11 on their website was closed when I got there around 10pm. There was bars that was even closed. If you don't want a fast food chain to eat, eat before 10pm. 4. No breakfast.. not even muffins or pop tarts..

Room was recently remodeled and very clean; (great while lounging in the room). Coffee available at the Office, too.

Coffee maker worked, but a bit tricky. A/C controls stayed at 75, couldn't get a/c to draw temperature down. The pool was not opened yet, although the temperature was mid 70s. -nothing to keep me from returning.

It was easy access getting off the freeway and to get back on the freeway. I like the location and a Ihop right next door. It was quiet didn't hear any noise. We love staying there when we go to Seattle for doctor's appointments.

We liked everything. You guys are doing a great job.
