Great location right off I90 with an IHop restaurant & an Am/Pm Gas Station & Convenience Store in same parking lot

The number of people who park in Handicapped parking spaces with NO placard or plate! Also a very aggressive dog ended up killing a small Chihuahua after attacking 4 other dogs & attempting to attack my 11lb Service Dog!! Attacked a dog with in minutes of checking in & in my opinion, they should have been told to leave immediately & not remain here for 2 weeks attacking other dogs & killing one! Also they desperately need new washers & dryers; they constantly are breaking down & don’t work properly!

The staff were amazing, efficient, and treated us like we were their most important customer. We enjoyed our time there so much we extended our stay twice! Any requests were met in an efficient and friendly manner. Every employee we met treated us the same. It was such a great feeling and I would definitely come stay at this establishment again!

Parking was the only area of concern. There was a small truck with a trailer that parked across like 5 parking spots. Not a big issue if it had been just 1 night. However, it was there the 4 nights/days we stayed.

Nice location to Snoqualmie Falls. Room was spacious, liked how the sink and toilet were separated

No fridge in the room. My cottage cheese couldn't be saved, and my coconut water was warm. The weather was hot, mid 80s. Their ice machine was broken - only had a few cubes of ice came out after standing there for 5 mins. Didn't like the spring mattress nor the pillow, couldn't sleep well, kept waking up at night, didn't feel rested.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Their remodel is well done and really nice. The staff is amazing! Always ready to please attentive and respectful. Great location & value, parking is free onsite. It’s been my go to traveling and will stay again.

TV could have better reception. Also just a suggestion, Pay per view movie channels would be awesome. Everything else was great.

Great friendly helpful Staff, excellent location with many restaurants, fast food, grocery stores including Costco a few blocks away & Lake Sammamish State Park is beautiful & within walking distance

Unleashed dogs & owners who don’t pick up their dogs poop- there’s numerous Poop Bag Stations all over the property so it’s pure laziness on the Owners behalf! **Also owners who have a dog reactive dog & don’t control their animal especially around litter dogs!

Noisy neighbors directly above us made excessive noise until midnight & would start up again at 3:30am! I also get frustrated by people who don’t have a Handicap Placard or plate parking in the limited Handicap Parking Spaces. As a legitimate Disabled person it makes me mad!!!

This location was easy to find and though the building is older the interior is nicely updated and clean. I stayed in a single queen room and it was plenty of room for me or a couple, but would have been very small for someone with children The parking lot is well lit, and it was quiet throughout my stay. The only drawback for me was that the heater/fan in the room was noisy. Those with mobility issues may want to request a ground floor room as I did not notice elevators.

The room was clean and as advertised. We had a bottom room near the parking lot. They provide free coffee in the morning which was really good. The staff were super friendly and professional. There is an IHOP next door. It is also right down the road from a state park with a huge lake and playground for kids.

The front desk lady was literally so amazing. We were there for a sober softball tournament and she opened up to us abour her own journey and really made us feel welcomed. Loved her. I forget her name but she was an older lady?

The AC is controlled by the building and it was hot. They offered fans but I had to sleep with the window open.

Couple things I think could have been fixed but I didn’t not like it.. Like a bathroom door im would of been nice or at least a warning there wasn’t one.. 141 had no bathroom door. And then the hot dragon breath cool fan air was not much helpful for the hot night. Maybe a little fan would of been nice to offer for during the hot summer days. Actually enjoyed the corkyness to the place. As a person who has worked in the hotel housekeeping game for over 20 years, the room as nicely cleaned.. thank you to the housekeepers..
