The room was spacious and clean. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Great location and I loved how accommodating they were with my dog.

I would have given them a 10 if it weren’t for a couple of things. One elevator was broken for the entire 4 days we were there. Our room safe didn’t work. I was there for a local race and we left our room late one day because I showered after the race, and the person at the front desk said they couldn’t have someone clean our room because it was noon. I had to ask her for towels and take out our trash. Our room was not cleaned our entire visit there.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy is that some of the pans and table wear that was in our room was dirty and not like a little spot like disgustingly had a bunch of left over food on it and that one day at the breakfast I drank the apple juice and it was sour like old and it made me sick later in the day and after I had a drink my boyfriend sniffed it and almost vomited but besides that it was a good stay and Ik can’t you check to see if the juice was okay before you injest it but I saw others drinking it and I would assume it would be fresh considering it was from a breakfast provided by the hotel

The location was very convenient for me as it was right across the street from where I was attending a foot care training class. The suite I was in was very spacious. Pet friendly was very important to me. Was within walking distance from the bus transit center, so I was able to take advantage of public transit all the was from SeaTac airport for just $6.25. Lots of dining options within short walk.

The pet fee was a little steep. Everything else was great.

Breakfast was very good. The location was very good with nearby trails.

The microwave display was very dim and it actually stopped working. The hotel staff brought in brand new small microwave oven but that was occupying the counter space in kitchen. The stovetop microwave never got replaced during our stay.

The breakfast was prepared well, self-service area was clean and well organized and provided a variety of breakfast items. Food and beverages were available early and well stacked. If you have young children, they enjoyed preparing their plates with excellent items. Overall, well done!!

Apple and Orange juice could have had a little more chill.

Breakfast was good with variety built in. The location was really pleasant with some walking trails nearby. Close to shopping and dining. Easy Interstate access also. The hotel had laundry facilities, but their web site didn't indicate that. The landscaping was very nice.

There is a Wednesday night social time, but it used to be nightly during the week, at least as documented in the in-room information book. I guess I don't understand why Wednesday night stays get something other nights don't.

Really appreciate the hot breakfast that is keto friendly and has options for people on all types of diets. Love the pork taco bar for breakfast. Scrambled eggs are my favorite. Love the fresh fruits and variety of toppings for toast/bagels

Everything was aesthetically pleasing, warm, inviting, cozy-it felt like you came home. The breakfast was decent and fulfilling. The gym had the right amount of equipment. I am very pleased with this stay!

This was my second stay, and I LOVE the room, the staff, the breakfast, the amenities (grandkids give the pool 5 stars) and the location. Great value. Room is so spacious, and a full fridge and kitchen.

The part of the bed linen that tucks under was kind of shredded (three large tears)
