They only change linen and towels every other day even if guests only stay one night, unless requested. I had the same dirty towels left by the person before me. I know this policy is meant to reflect the environmental awareness of the company, but it can lead to an unpleasant situation. In my case, the towels looked clean, but when I used the top one up to my face it smelled something foul. The morning staff was quick to replace them and was courteous about it, but for the price of my stay, this should never be an issue. I will call all hotels ahead of arrival to request clean sheets and towels from now on.

It was easy to find, quiet, close to places to eat dinner, met up with a longtime friend, walked around the store areas across the street, comfortable beds! Nice and clean rooms! Such a nice place to say will be back! The staff was so very friendly! The Breakfast was free and a great selection of food. Hot and cold!

might have been nice to have a chair in the room so you did not have to just sit on the bed.

Breakfast was very good. There were plenty of tables and chairs for dining which was great. I could have had seconds but I left satisfied.

I couldn't connect to Wifi which was a bummer. I got a phone number to call for assistance but they couldn't help me connect and I figured it wasn't necessary so I thanked the person and hung up.

The location was great! We used it as our base to drive into Seattle for the day.

Overall, everything was pretty good. The only complaints we have are the pillows; they are awful. The pet fees are also very steep at $50 per night.

The many choices given for the included breakfast was excellent. The bar was quiet and relaxing for a nice glass of wine. The staff was always available and very accommodating.

Great staff, modern, clean, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Easy on and close to freeway but quiet.

HVAC a little finicky and like most hotels, dried out the room, uncomfortable, could not open windows. Also low water pressure in shower.

Convenient location. Breakfast was good. I liked the make it yourself waffle. Bed was comfy.

Bathroom was small. They had also ran out of body wash on the dispenser. But otherwise clean

Room smelt stale and like it was a smoking room. Even bedding had the smell of tobacco.

Breakfast was good, hotel was clean everywhere. Staff was super nice and had security which is a plus.
