Hotel was great!!! BOOKING.COM didn't complete the reservation! When we got to the hotel, there was no reservation for us. Booking.com never made the reservation even though we paid for our rooms in advance!

Hotel was great! It is Booking.com that I did not have a good experience with! Our reservations were booked and paid for but when we got to the hotel, Booking.com never made the reservations with the hotel! My recommendation is to use Orbitz or ANYOTHER booking site instead of Booking.com so that you are guaranteed to actually have the reservation when you get to your destination! HOTEL: 10 Stars............BOOKING.COM: 0 Stars!!!!!!!

We had stayed there before. Good location

The charge for a substandard breakfast was $16.00. It was mislabeled a breakfast buffet, but all it had was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and one day bacon and one day sausage. Outrageous price for what it offerred. The free breakfast at La Quinta was better. We did not partake.

it seemed clean with particular attention to amenities.

When I checked in there was a guy hanging around the check in counter that seemed to be visiting with the person checking me in. He stood in too close proximity to me and later tried to approach me while I was waiting for my husband to park the car. This made me very uncomfortable.

I liked having options for breakfast. I am a vegetarian so it was nice to have the yogurt option available for breakfast rather than the buffet.

Honestly, I am thinking really hard and I can't think of anything..... everyone was very helpful and even when I had a problem with the smoke detector, it was handled quickly.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were nice, professional, and helped any way they could. The pool was perfect for a family swim after a long drive. Our rooms were decent sized and having connecting rooms allowed our granddaughter to play between rooms.

I wouldn't say it was a big issue, but it would be nice to have an item or 2 on the menu for children. We were traveling with a 3 year old, and her only option was a large portion adult meal. It would also be a nice idea to remind diners with children that there is pepper on the fries. Again, it's not something a child will eat. Ended up being a big waste of money. It was nice to have a place to eat without dragging out after a long day on the road, just a couple of suggestions for families. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn't run it at night. Luckily, it wasn't overly warm. Once we turned it off, the room was quiet, and the black out shades really helped make it sleep friendly.

Close to freeways, comfortable furniture, good breakfast choices.

Thermostat wanted to run the A/C all the time. One side of the room was freezing and the other was warm. We finally had to turn the whole thing off. It seemed very expensive compared to other properties we visited on this trip. For the high price, it didn’t include breakfast, which we though was odd.

Great “continental” breakfast, really closer to a buffet, given the hot items available. Nice pool and hot tub. Convenient parking in front, and very close to the freeway.

The restaurant was unexpectedly closed our first night there, the chef was unavailable.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious room, easy parking. Stayed several days for work with some work elsewhere and some work from my room, was very comfortable and suited my needs.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was pleasant. Everything clean.

Price per night was too much for what we received. For how much we paid for our room, I was put off that you had to pay for breakfast too!
