Very friendly and efficient staff. Super clean throughout. Excellent breakfast options and an amazing automatic espresso machine. Coffee, tea and fresh baked cookies available throughout the day. 4 pillows on the bed. Nice view of the golf course.

I thought a golf course room would be quiet, but this hotel sits in the path of jets taking off from SeaTac. Pretty much 1 every minute starting at about 6 am. And then someone across from the hotel ran some loud piece of equipment for hours starting at 8 am. Be sure to bring ear plugs.

In town overnight for a wedding. Late arrival. Great communication giving confidence our room was held and ready. Great front desk service. Great breakfast. Great Gym. Few, not everyone, staff seemed unhappy, no expression, outward interaction or hello's good morning's...not big problem.

Minor items, bedding felt old and stiff. Entry door unsealed and noisy making late/ early arrivers/ leavers in the hall a disturbance. Otherwise nice time

The front desk girl who checked us in was super nice and efficient. We definitely felt welcome. The room was quiet and comfortable, glad we had a golf course view. The breakfast had a great selection, however, quite a few things were out. The one lady working the area was doing her best to replenish, with a smile. The Nescafe coffee machine was an awesome treat.

All very minimal, this wouldn't deter us from staying here again. The parking was tight and the front of the location was in a strip mall. My girls were bummed they didn't get pancakes or muffins, both were gone.

McKenzie greeted us when we arrived and was super helpful and informative. This was impressive as we arrived late in the evening. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was updated and had a bathtub which was a nice bonus. Breakfast had a good selection of foods.

The ground floor room was noisy and light flooded in from both the hall and car park which made sleep difficult and the air-conditioning was noisy.

Expect a slightly older-style building , and presently road works & a nearby closed bridge drove our GPS crazy ! Remember traffic on freeway can be crazy even at 530am. There was nothing we disliked about the property

The breakfast was fine; however, breakfast didn't start until 6:00 am, many of the construction workers need to on site or be traveling at 6 am to the work sites, so many workers miss the breakfast, me included. May I suggest starting breakfast at 5:30 am, to accommodate those who have to leave early.

I love the location. It was serene and relaxing. The bed was nice and the staff was very helpful.

Some of the breakfast items were not great, line the diced ham and tortilla. It was very dry.

Really nice place to stay for a night. Rooms are nothing special, but clean and good enough. Locations itself is beautiful, try to book golf courses view rooms. Cute neighborhood. Nice common areas. And I think it the most nice place to stay in Kent.

I would suggest to change pillows. Pillows are so high so you can’t sleep well, back hurts in a morning.

Breakfast was well stocked. Never saw a pancake machine versus waffle machine - liked the pancakes! Quick walk over to the baseball field and got to watch a tournament. Fun Irish pub next door with wonderful warm apple crisp and live music on Friday night.

Convenient location next to golf course. All the rooms have a bathtub. Well maintained property. Pleasant staff. Courtney was very helpful in finding my Best Western account.

There is a train that comes through town at 140 AM that if you are a light sleeper will wake you up. Not loud but audible
