Staff was fabulous and the lobby is inviting. Breakfast is a good value and their scrambled eggs are yummy. Waitstaff was lovely.

Pool area is full of old mattresses. Fitness room is “meh.” Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned before I arrived. Carpet is gross and full of stains. Pillows should definitely have an allergy pillow case, in addition to a regular pillow case, both should be changed after each guest. There should be a bit more attention to preventing pillow funk🤢 My view was awful and uninviting. I wish the breakfast potatoes were fresh, not frozen.

Very friendly staff, helpful, and the rooms were good enough for the family and the surrounding were also good enough. Parking lot is very good for parking Utes. Very well placed and good atmosphere for family.

Breakfast could have been included and also the view from the room could have been better, however it depends on the room given to you at that time.

Location was good. Staff was friendly especially the night manager Kip My first room the Tv wasn’t working he changed my room and gave me cookies. 2nd room the air conditioning was not working well so he kindly changed it again with absolutely no problem he was extremely nice and very helpful. Location was good for me, the final room was nice and quiet, a little drab but ok, it had plenty of towels so did not need cleaning service through my stay. Not sure how the room thing would have been if it had not been for Kip he was extremely helpful.

My first room the Tv wasn’t working, 2nd room the air conditioning was not working well couldn’t get it lower than 76 degrees, 3 rd room was great but the fridge was almost like a freezer my bananas and milk were frozen not just cold. Before I booked I saw a review that said they were charged $7 a day for parking that they didn’t know about so when I had to change my dates I asked the lady on the phone about the parking charge and she told me they did not have a charge for parking I said great. However, when I checked in I was told it was $7 a day and told him I already asked about that and he didn’t charge me.

Updated, new and the front desk guy (Jeremy??) was fantastic!

I dislike paying for breakfast. $7 when all i had was yogurt is dumb. A la Carte pricing would be nice

Quiet. Decent breakfast for $10. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to find and get to airport.

The pool wasn’t working, it was having maintenance repairs done. And the bathroom didn’t have and exhaust fan

That the night staff charged me a second time after I showed him my room was paid for and threatened to make me leave bc I wanted my card refunded.

Breakfast was very expensive for what received. Most hotels have complimentary breakfast. no coffee refill offered and coffee lukewarm.

Dust bunnies in the bathroom corners, and not enough towels for the 4 people in the room (there were only 3.)

Near Feast Buffet, near Westfield Southcenter, near Uwajimaya, near Round 1. Bed is very comfortable.

Pool is under maintenance.
