It was a gorgeous property in the middle of the Olympic Peninsula. The main lobby of the lodge was really nice, with a big fire to sit by and enjoy drinks. We really liked walking out on the dock and around the various trails.

We excpected the rooms to be a little more rustic-decorated like the lobby. The only major problem was on Booking.com's side. Booking.com offered types of rooms that the property does not have, such as king sized beds.

incredible national park views, bed was comfy, free parking, lovely crowd

front desk wouldn’t check me in at 4pm, as they were too busy.. asked me to come back in 30 minutes… but I was next in line so I didn’t understand that. the exterior of building had leaves stuck between the banister and the walls so walking up the stairs to get to my room was tricky. the room was pleasant but no cups for the coffee maker. little things in comparison to the beauty of the place & the clientele.

The lodge is located on a peninsula and has beautiful accessible trails from the lodge. The staff were fantastic and the restaurant served a delicious menu. Great piece of history to enjoy.

Our room was on the ground level and you could hear the guests in the above room.

We've driven by this Lodge countless times and can't believe we've never stayed here. It was wonderful and we'll be back. We had "take-out" dinner sitting by the fireplace in the main room and breakfast in the dining room. The food was excellent, as was the service with a smile.

It's spendy but worth it.

What an incredible property and location

You pay for the location, I didn't end up liking the room I booked in the out building and would pay to stay in the main building itself or the bungalows

Close to the lake, beds comfortable, restaurant on the property.

Didn’t get the room we signed up for. The unit we stayed needs an upgrade.

Wonderful old lodge building with scenic views of lake, especially from enclosed porch where we enjoyed afternoon coffees.

Our room in the Storm King building was definitely not “deluxe” as advertised. The 2nd floor room we were assigned had a double bed as opposed to queen booked. Only one nightstand/bedside lamp suboptimal fir a couple. Bathroom sink water only came out as a small dribble, barely enough to brush teeth. Shower OK. Walls very thin - could hear our neighbour snoring most of the night. This room would be hot in summer - only one tiny openable window is screened. No screen for sliding door.
