The first room we stayed in was wonderful. A large suite with kitchen. The breakfast was good, fresh and hot. Very convenient to downtown. The desk staff were helpful and very pleasant. The price was much less than others in the area. There is no air conditioning but that didn't bother us at all. They provided fans which we didn't really need. I would highly recommend this motel.

I was disappointed that the second room we stayed in (with a break of several days) was comfortable but not nearly as spacious for the same price. Both rooms were great though.

The suite was a great size. I was happy there was a fan in the bedroom. We had a minor plumbing issue in the bathroom sink, and maintenance was super quick and friendly about getting it fixed. The continental breakfast was great with many options to choose from. Overall, I would stay there again.

It was not quite as clean as it could have been. The water pressure in the shower was not very good. I didn't realize there was no AC in the room and was a little disappointed by that.

Very clean. Totally quiet. Great location. The room was a little small and the grout could use a little work, but we didn't care--the price was great and it had everything we wanted. Should add details on breakfast since previous reviews on this were confusing. They had scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy (great cook!), make-your-own-waffles with syrup, cold cereal, toast, various juices and teas, oranges/apples/bananas, coffee, instant oatmeal.

We weren't looking for fancy. Well run. No shenanigans tolerated. We were happy.

The check-in is at the Quality Inn across the street. The free breakfast was there also, and it was average. The location is close enough to walk downtown to restaurants or to Safeway supermarket. We booked less than 24 hours in advance, so the choices weren't great. I think it was a good value for the price.

This is an old-style motel. I took a while to find it, as the name sign is very small. They had an oscillating fan in the room, as it doesn't have air conditioning. Fortunately, we didn't need either. However, the room had no air circulation, so it was stuffy.

Room is conventional, straightforward motel design but is presented well with up-to-date furnishings and amenities. First impression is that of crisp cleanliness and a contemporary feeling; that feeling held up well for the couple of days I spent there. I stayed in the off-season (late November), when occupancy was low, and the place was wonderfully quiet. No doubt the motel will be full during tourist season. The breakfast is the standard juice/coffee/waffles/eggs/sausage, but there's nothing wrong with that and it will get you a long ways into the day. The place is right in town, just up from the ferry dock and within easy walking distance of several restaurants, a brewpub+pizzeria, and more. And one block away is a Safeway. I took the pink-and-gray bathroom tile as an amusing '60s throwback feature, not something to turn my nose up at. (Yeah, I'm old enough to remember the '60s.) If I were to get unreasonably picky and look for something negative, I could point to a few very small and inconsequential little flaws in the grout or caulking. But don't let that put you off -- they don't detract from the overall positive experience at all. The proprietors obviously care about keeping the place in good shape and offering a good, clean, comfortable product. This is a good, straight-ahead, cared-for place with some nice amenities. If I were to again need a room in Port Angeles, I would definitely book here.

Breakfast was delicious and excellent quality way above the basic continental breakfast like most hotels offer and it's available 6am-11am perfect for the early birds and the over sleepers. Laundry room open 24 hours and it's free can't beat that nice machines too the other guests could be more thoughtful in cleaning up after themselves like wiping out the washer and dryer and cleaning the lint catch on the dryer but hey that's not on the hotel. Overall very much enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was so good! Always the same which is nice by knowing what to expect. The Waffles (same brand and type like most Marriott's have) are amazing! I had one every morning of my stay! The staff were thee most friendliest ones I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kudos to them! Amazing Water Pressure! Such a powerful shower was like a light massage!

Was in room 100 2 Queen Beds which is what I asked for, but when the wind blew it whistled very loudly in there! Also, I am not a fan of them controlling the thermostat for the room. It was very cold in our room and wasn't very comfortable considering it was very cold outside to me. Rooms are very dated but work very well!

This is an old hotel and that shows but the room was clean and there was thoughtful attention to detail. The location can’t be beat, we walked to the ferry terminal in 5 minutes. Staff were very kind and attentive. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast but a bit more substantial than expected, many different choices, very tidy and well stocked. Overall, a good experience and we’d stay here again.

Room was very small, basically just big enough for the queen sized bed. So not really a comfortable place to spend time aside from sleeping.

Cute little place, bathroom not updated but completely functional. The room was clean and the bed and linens were comfortable. Parking spot right outside the door. Two blocks from downtown restaurants and Discovery trail. One block from Safeway. Quiet except for the seagulls. The staff was very pleasant and the included breakfast was satisfactory and appreciated.

The room was quite warm the day we checked in (August) and there is no A/C. There is a floor fan but we opened the windows after it cooled off instead. Nature's air conditioning.

The location is great, the price is very reasonable, and the staff were so kind and helpful.

The bathroom floor and vanity were dirty. Only took me a minute to wipe it up. There was a weird ticking sound in the wall that kept me up. I was in room 100. My friend who was in a different room didn't have that problem.
