Affordable motel with clean beds and bathroom. Great place to crash for a night or two if you’re exploring Olympic. Our room didn’t have AC which isn’t a must in the region but having two standing fans in the room was nice, especially for the white noise. The staff let us drop off our bags early and even brought them up to our rooms for us once they were ready which was so nice. They even offered to let us leave them in the rooms when we checked out early to hike for staff to bring them down to the office if we wanted to retrieve them later. The motel is just down the road from the waterfront and great restaurants.

The motel is on a busy road so you can hear the cars passing by if you’re a light sleeper. Didn’t bother me and once it got late, there were hardly any cars out anyways. No AC if you’re a hot sleeper in the summer or if you don’t want to open the windows due to the sound of cars outside.

The rooms were fully functional, clean, and worked well for our group to have two guests in each room. The Inn is centrally located in town and is a great jumping off point for getting out to hikes and restaurants. We loved the old school, original building and especially the spiral ramp. It’s a fun throwback with modern upgrades in the rooms and priced very reasonably.

With a central location comes traffic on the main road in front of the Inn. The noise from the street can’t be avoided but the windows did a nice job of blocking out as much as possible. Earplugs helped some of those closer to the street too.

The price was affordable ($60ish during the week in October). The location was close to where I wanted to be (ferry). Room was as pictured. It was clean (no dirt/dust on the floor, no stay hairs in the sink, no stains in the tub) , no smells, beds made up well.

If you are sensitive to noises, then you may not want to stay here. Even in a room on the back, furtherest from the road, you can hear every car, truck, semi drive by. If there is someone above you, you'll hear just about everything: footsteps, anything dropped, and conversations. The rooms beside you are less than that but still could hear the hair dryer and various noises. None of this really bothered me as everyone seemed to be considerate and not make excessive noise. The traffic noise did not keep me up. It helps to play some white noise, thunderstorms, etc (I use Spotify or YouTube to stream background noise like this).

Overall a GREAT value! Easy access to Olympic NP. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind and always had a smile on their face! When we needed more shampoo I received it in seconds, when we asked for an extra pillow it took less than 2 minutes and it was hand delivered to our room. Will 100% stay again.

Showers were a little small. The bed was firm. The TV stand and other furniture were dated and had some damage. The AC wasn't great so it got a little warm but we cracked a window and had a fan going which made it the perfect temperature to sleep in. Honestly, for the price you get what you pay for. It was nothing that would deter me from ever coming back! In fact next time I'm in the area I 100% plan on staying here again!

This is a perfect option for anyone either hiking around Olympic National Park or going to Victoria on the Black Ball. Perfect location, great staff, good facilities, quiet, safe, with everything needed for one night (or more). The room was nice, spacious, with good air conditioning, and toiletries like soap dispenser in the shower.

The shower was very small which seemed unusual since there was room in the bathroom for a bigger shower.

Pretty basic motel but good price and location for hiking trails in Olympic National Park. Dated look and the bathroom is very bare bones, the bed is comfortable enough and the room was clean. Prices seemed high considering the older motel with few amenities but it was actually well priced for other hotels/stays in the area and it was great for a one night stop. Check in was fast and there was parking onsite, check out was just leaving keys in a a lot so super easy.

Dated rooms and really basic bathroom

We visited 2 days in July with 3 p. The best beds I encountered during our holiday, and we saw many :) Extra space next to the bathroom very handy. Sufficient breakfast options nearby at 10 mins walk (we're European ;) ). The room was quite warm when we arrived,but we could cool it quickly with the airco and 2 fans. Slept well. Likeable reception lady! Good parking.

Location, central and close to all. Mattresses; not super soft, decently firm and that’s what we like. Slept like a baby. Fridge; A-they had one. B - it was quiet and did not have to unplug it to sleep.

It’s a motel that shows signs of wear but honestly I would come back. It’s clean, it’s comfortable and despite the fact that it’s showing signs of wear and it’s not perfect you can tell that the owners care. I would rather stay here 10x over thank a chain.

This motel is way better than it looks from the road. The sign is old and needs updating, but that's about the only thing on the property that looks old and needs updating! The grounds are well kept, the rooms are super clean, the linens have a new feel, the beds are comfortable, the furniture is not dated. From the moment we opened the door to the room our expectations were exceeded.

Nothing

This motel is a gem. Clean, spacious, comfortable bed and great water pressure. It was also a fantastic value. It will conjure up positive memories of small mom and pop motels in the 80's and 90's.

There's no air conditioner. However, this is usually not a problem in the cool climate of the Olympic peninsula. They do provide a fan.
