It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful

We were looking forward to the pool but it was closed

Check in and checkout was easy. There was lots of room for our family. The front staff were great, they were so helpful and also knowledgable. I loved the kitchenette because I could make breakfast, lunch and dinner when we were in. Free parking and lots of parking was great. The cleaning staff were very good and our room was fresh and clean. It was well lit outside so we felt safe coming and going. We felt it was a good value for what the cost was.. We were pleasantly surprised how roomy our suite was. We are so pleased we picked Olympic Inn and suites and we will come again.

We could have used a toaster, and there were not any towel racks or hooks to hang up the big towels after a shower if we wanted to reuse them. We never had our room done every day so somewhere to hang the towels would have been great. There were 2 chairs and we could have used at least 2 more to seat more around the table.

Everything about our stay here was exceptional. The location is out of the way, but not TOO out of the way. It's a 40 minute drive from Metchosin to the harbor at Victoria. The property was immaculate, quiet, and comfortable, in a beautiful beach setting. The staff was incredibly patient and answered all my questions. Will recommend and will stay again!

Without AC in all the rooms, it got a little too hot in the master. But, being as it is beachfront, it was easy to open a window at night and cool down. The oven in the kitchen is broken, but there is a large air fryer oven which works just as well.

There isn't much to look at far as far as view goes- its located right as u enter downtown port angeles. But the location is extremely convenient. There's a McDonald's next door and also a bank.. and a Wendy's kitty-corner. And a domino's about a block or so away. Walking distance for sure. There's also a smaller strip mall about 3-5 blocks up from the hotel as well, and it includes rite aid, big lots, Joanne fabrics, a computer Dr, Asian buffet restaurant, harbor freight, auto zone and a mechanic shop! As if that wasn't enough, across from the strip mall is kfc/taco bell, and then a car dealership, a coffee stand, and oreillys which brings u right back to the hotel if you visited all those places in the order listed!! If you decide to go down (or into town) instead, you'll find a domino's and our local favorite burger drive through frugals!( am absolute MUST try during your visit) Across the street-kitty corner if you're heading down town is a fun bar. (Locally owned of course) There's also a veterinary office not but a few blocks down, chestnut cottage- a great place to get breakfast or brunch.. then a bit farther down the street on the same side of the side walk you'll find Jack n the box, and rite aid.. finally a bit farther down and all the way into down town you'll find the sidewalk lined with a variety of quirky, and delicious restaurants mixed in with some quaint shops and boutiques. Even an ice skating arena during the winter!

Not much I didn't like, except it wasn't pool season lol. They have a lovely outdoor pool

The room was fine and comfortable, clean. The tv is my problem. There were no instructions for the basics and I don't have a TV with the vaious apps, so just wanted the news. It was frustrating to go back, and get in a loop getting the same undesired choice. The coffee was good to have avail. All in all, I had a great room in a handy location for my purposes at the last moment. Oh, someone knocked on the door and wanted to see if he could stay in the room. Made me shocked and sad.

Did not kinow about breakfast availability. TV apps unwieldy without directions.

It was a reasonable hotel for our stay. The room was large enough and had the amenities we needed. There wasn't much to do in the immediate neighborhood but it was a short drive to downtown Port Angeles. The bed was comfortable. For a 3-day stay they did not provide room service, but would give you towels or whatever you needed

The hotel was older and probably could use a few updates, but it was fine for our needs. We felt safe. The room had a coffee pot, which is always nice. The pool was open, but the jacuzzi was broken. Since it was chilly, no one was using the pool

They must have recently done some updating because much of it appeared new and modern and nice. Port Angeles is a good centralized location for the northern Olympic peninsula

There are signs that the property could be better cared for — the baseboards and areas around door knobs were grimy; the bottoms of the bathroom doors were peeling.

Easy to find. There are lots of food choices in the area. We did have an emergency and had to leave early and the Hotel accommodated us. We did not make any complaints to the front desk about our room issues, because of leaving early.

Very loud road and parking lot noise. Lots of noise from rooms above us. We were on the 2nd floor. The room needs to be taken care of. Holes in the walls, bathroom door had big holes in the door. The entry door was very hard to open, the refrigerator was unplugged, had to plug it in, and no wash cloths, one hand towel for 2 people. As stated above, we did not complain to management about the room, they were kind to accommodate us in canceling the 2nd night due to an emergency and needing to go back home.

Decent location.

Little pricey-but I think the area is Staff-not super friendly Dated No cleaning service within your stay Noisy. Able to hear others.

We stayed here while visiting Olympic Natl park. Great location, easy to access everything we wanted to do (The natl park, discover bikes, and then the ferry to head to vancouver island). It's not fancy, but it was clean and comfortable and we felt safe. And it accommodated our family, which is challenging!
