The other reviews were right. Don't judge by the external appearance. The rooms are beyond decent inside, modern interior, only lacked power outlets above the table. The coffee maker is brand new. The fridge actually has a freezer!

I wish the Aircrest Motel sign on the building was actually glowing during night time. Would look classy. The complimentary coffee/tea corner wasn't stocked with neither coffee or tea. Only sugars and hot water.

Very clean and comfortable. Nicely remodeled. Convenient to Hurricane Ridge and local attractions. It had everything I needed for a welcoming stay (microwave and fridge, pleasant surroundings, nice shower, accessible plugs, all the basics and an upgrade from a Motel 6 experience.) That said, iPad and AirPods were my go-to solutions for entertainment and noise control. I gave it a 9 for its class, keeping in mind it's not a $200 a night motel.

Manage your expectations This isn't a resort. I stayed three nights but was out for dawn and dusk photography. Be prepared to deal with minor inconveniences like street noise, cramped parking, and sometimes tight quarters for bigger people (I was in a standard queen room.)

While the rooms are small, they are newly refurbished, nicely organized, very comfy beds, very good shower, excellent homey restaurant across the street, and 6 minutes drive from ferry.

Ignore the worn exterior, the inside is what you’ll appreciate. I’m not sure if this happens to others, but my remote key fob did not work in the hotel parking lot, and while there another guest had the same issue. Drove a block away and it worked fine again.

Plenty of beds for our familly of 5. Great location for the area. The bathroom shower was excellent. Beds were comfy. Twice we saw deer walking through the town... that was a trip! There was a "patio" at the end of the building which was nice to sit out on for some fresh air.

The outside was pretty run down. While I appreciated the 3 beds it was a little claustrophobic with 5 of us in there. Luckily we weren't spending much time inside.

We did not have breakfast @the motel. I like that it is conveniently close to Olympic Nat'l Park Visitor Center. I also like the laminated flooring and clean 3 queen beds room.

I did not like the noise from cars outside. The motel did not have enough insulation. The stair close to our unit is so steep. It's hard to use it with 2 puppies & luggage.

The owners of the motel have done a great job renovating the internet (rooms) of the motel. The LVP flooring, the bathroom, the decor were all very nice. The staff was also accommodating when we needed additional items.

The exterior of the property needs a lot of work. I was actually a bit frightened when we pulled up. The bed was that heavy foam, which might be better for mitigating the possibility of bedbugs, but isn’t a favorite. The standard complimentary soap/shampoo/conditioner was the worse I’ve ever used. And the ashtray, attached to the side of the building, was a daily stopping place for drugged up homeless men.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Loved that the bedding was not the typical heavy quilt over a sheet which is just too hot and instead had a nice blanket and lighter bedspread which was perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The stairwell could use some lighting and tightening up of the handrails. The heating/a/c unit was loud and glad I travel with earplugs.

I liked the location and staff and the inside of the room was nice as well as clean.

I don’t like the outside. It could use updating…the sign looks like it’s on its last leg and it’s right next to the alley where I made eye contact with a group of guys clearly up to no good. Made me feel super uneasy instead of getting a head start on packing the car at night we just took it back up and opted to pack up in the morning.

We stayed here because we were catching the Coho ferry to Victoria very early in the morning. The inside of the room matched the pictures on Booking.com, so we were pleased. Overall we weren't there for long but we were happy with our stay.

The outside of the building looked very sketchy so when we arrived I was very nervous. The inside was great though.

Don’t let the outside deter you. When I got there the outside had me thinking I made a mistake. The rooms inside though have been renovated and are nice. It was quiet and the bed was comfy. Perfect spot if you plan on visiting Olympic park! I didn’t watch much tv since I was enjoying nature but if you bring a tablet it might be bigger than the tv.
