It was very good for a basic room in a motel. It was clean. The king bed was comfortable. We slept very well for the three nights we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The refrigerator, microwave, and hair blower all worked well, as did the television. Yes, I would recommend this motel to someone looking for a basic, inexpensive room. We chose it because we could easily keep an eye on the parking lot where our truck was parked with our kayaks locked on top.

After our stay, we alerted the owners to minor improvements: The bathtub drained slowly, and the light switch to the sink was "tricky" ie the light turned on but only after several on/off attempts. Also, while the hair blower functioned fine, part of the end of the blower (where the hot air comes out) had hardened melted plastic. This did not affect the functioning of the unit, it just looked bad. However, likely it was due to a customer using the hair blower incorrectly that caused the melting, so not a big deal really.

Easy no frills motel that is conveniently close to downtown, clean for the most part. Included parking, a mini fridge and a microwave in room. Good price.

Clean is really the minimum I want in a place to stay. This one was almost good. There were yellow translucent drips on the ceiling of the bathroom that yucked me out. The shower/tub drain was also not working mechanically and had to be taken out revealing gross hair.

The room was lovely, very clean and well made up. The staff were great at dealing with my issue with the pet fee that booking.com didn't mention there would be so I realize that is not the hotels fault but booking.com's error.

I didn't like that I selected a pet friendly hotel room on this website, paid thinking everything was good, and upon my arrival I had an additional 25$ fee that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the booking.com website. It should not be my responsibility to ensure that my stay is actually what I booked. I feel if I book something through this web page, it should be good for the filters provided. Give hotels more options to add their additional pricing so guests aren't surprised with additional charges upon checking in!

The room itself was clean, it was nice and warm when we got in - which was nice considering how cold and snowy it was outside. It’s ideally located from the Main Street in Port Angeles, as well a one of the Olympic NP visitor center. We arrived way earlier than check-in time but were still able to get a room and get settled. Check-out was so easier with a drop off box for the room key outside of the office.

Even though the room was clean, there was a farm-like smell in it. Didn’t bother us too much and we just cracked a window open to make it go away.

Room was clean & comfy, with everything in good working condition. Nice size room. The woman at the front desk was super friendly & helpful, even offering some recommendations for things to go do. They allow dogs, and I felt safe here taking my dog out at night. Wifi worked well too!

The parking lot doesnt have as many spaces as there are rooms, so if you get in late you may have to park on the street (street parking was reasonably close & available). The ice machine is broken. Place was a little on the pricey side. Pet friendly, but zero place for dogs to do their business on the property.

Though this is an older property and right beside the main road out of town, it was remarkably free of excessive traffic noise and is a great budget friendly, clean, place to stay in Port Angeles. Comfortable bed, good lights, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV and lots of pillows. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were fluffy. The owners have gone to great lengths to make this property welcoming and comfortable. Good job!

The smoker smoking in his door way downstairs.

The location was fine except that there were few restaurants in walking distance. The room was fine, but the bed was a bit hard. The staff were extremely nice. We only stayed one night so it is hard to make much of a judgement.

They can't build restaurants, so my only suggestion is a foam pad for the bed.

Staff was friendly and VERY helpful! Location was less than 15 to Gateways Transit. Very quiet for me and no bed bugs!

Closes business were a pawn store, tattoo parlor and adult business. I have low vision and I didn’t feel good about crossing the street to the grocery store tho it was only a block away.

Great location, staff was the best! Very accommodating, knowledgeable about the area (great restaurant suggestions), and very friendly. Nothing fancy about the accommodations, but clean and comfortable and can’t beat for the price!

Exceeded my expectations.

Location was great! Clean, loved the decor, and beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!

I had originally booked a room with one queen bed. The lady saw that I was traveling with my teenage son and offered to upgrade my room to a two bed for $20 more and I realized afterwards that I was actually charge $70 extra for the room.
