Port Townsend Inn is a very good value for the money. It's conveniently located near a food co-op and several dining options. It was exceptionally clean. If traveling with a pet, you'll stay on the first (of two) floors, which is great for avoiding stairs with your dog. My room had two places to work remotely: a regular small table with a chair and a higher buffet style table with two stools. If I stay in town again, I'll stay at this inn.

I hadn't planned on enjoying it, but as other reviewers noted, the pool is closed.There's plenty of parking spaces but they're a little tight if you have an over-sized vehicle.

Very good value. Someone has thought hard about how to upgrade an older property and done a very good job of it. We loved the room lighting - you could actually see what you were doing. The heating worked well and was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good and there was a good supply of hot water. The historic old town is a short walk away - we walked there and back, even in the dark. The room was quiet at night despite being just off the highway.

I wish there had been a nightstand or shelf on both sides of the bed (only one was provided).

Vary safe. Quiet. Every day. The weather was Perfect!!

All good for me

Ocean view is nice. It was clean and comfortable.

Tiny tv. And tiny towels.

The hotel was older, and a bit worn. The room, however, was quite comfortable and clean. My visit was very relaxing and pleasant. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, I was concerned about noise as the location seemed to be busy with a McDonald's right across the street. No, was still quiet even with windows open. I would visit again and would recommend.

Clean, great location, nice amenities, comfortable. For an inn/motel, it was fabulous and the price is great. Mini splits in the rooms made for comfortable sleeping, rooms were clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable, blankets were warm, bathroom didn’t have mold, all appliances and outlets worked. Microwave included! The front desk staff was clear, professional, pleasant, and the key return was easy.

The quiet evening and bed was the best part. I slept on a cloud.

The channels were limited. Not much choice for new movie selection or anything to doze off to. But, the night view was wonderful instead.

Room was clean, affordable, and had everything I needed for my stay. Thank you!

No complaints.

I have stayed in this motel many times over the years. It remains a standard Motel style and in minor ways showing its age. The rooms however are in an excellent state with all facilities up to date and obviously newly renovated. It was spotlessly clean. I enjoyed my stay there and have nothing to complain about. The pool and hot tub facilities are closed for renovations but that was of no concern to me. I just wanted a relatively inexpensive place within walking distance of friends I was visiting, It fitted the bill. The staff I dealt with were polite and responded immediately to my requests or questions.. I feel it deserves a better rating that 2 stars.

For what I needed it was a good and inexpensive place to put my head down at night
