Our room was upgraded to a deluxe king room with jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Bed was very comfortable and our view of the water was amazing. Room was very dark at night when all blinds were closed, which is a must for us. Close to downtown for shopping and restaurants Skeeter at the front desk was very nice and helpful There was a staff dog on duty in the office at check in and was very cute Beekman soap and shampoos provided
The jacuzzi tub jets were not clean, so we did not use the tub. The upstairs room had either a very loud guest or the insulation between floors is not very good because we could here them walking around during the night and their tv The pillows were pretty flat, but we always bring our own so it didn't matter

I've stayed here many times. Even in this same room before. Love the location, views and jet tubs.
Door to my room needed weather strip to muffle sound and light outside door, Keurig coffee maker was dirty from previous use, and coffee grounds were all over in my cup of coffee, so I dumped it out. The mini fridge is in desperate need of defrosting, ice over the freezer part and fridge froze my oranges and avocado. I just imagined it would be in a better state for $200/ night. (Holiday or not)

This is one of our favorite places to visit. We love the location, the view, the hot tub, and the fireplace.
The receptionist seemed to be in a bad mood. I don't pretend to know why and don't hold it against her. Life can be tough. Again not a big deal but the room we got was in a corner on the bottom floor. There were noisy kids running around above us till midnight. And the view was more limited than we're used to. We'll take that on ourselves to be sure to request a top floor room that's not in the corner next time.

The room appeared to have been remodeled within the last few years. It had a balcony, overlooking the stony beach and the ocean. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach was amazing. The room was clean, well appointed, all the amenities I'd expect plus a Keurig coffee maker. Considering the vintage of the Inn, it far exceeded my expectations, and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
Check-in staff were pleasant but appeared a little inexperienced.

The view was beautiful exactly what I was looking for and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the stroll into town especially on the water watching the birds and boats.
The blinds were not acceptable since they didn't cover the windows and I can't sleep with sun beaming into the room. Someone obviously didn't measure the window since the blinds were short. The hot tub was wonderful but a bit loud for being in a room. How are we suppose to hear the basketball game we want to watch without blasting the volume.

I liked the location and the staff, especially the man who checked us in. He was very helpful and friendly. The room was also recently remodeled and it looked nice. It was clean and provided all that we needed. It was quiet and we were overall Very good pleased. We would come back again.
The room was quite small and the lighting was very low. Would be nice to have a nightlight in the bathroom. Basic amenities were provided but it was as described. Except we asked for room service in the time period that was designated and it wasn’t available. And, not continental Breakfast as advertised.

The location was perfect. It was on the waterfront and only 10 minutes from my music camp at Fort Wordon. The view from my deck wad beautiful. The room had everything I needed. The room was a bit small but it I was mostly there to sleep and prepare for the day. The staff was very nice.
The room was a bit small but it has a nice deck. And there were several amenities in the room including a nice TV, heating unit, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave.

The unit was excellent. My only disappointment was in having no elevator in the section of the building I was assigned to. Since I’m ADA & have trouble with stairs, I was disappointed by the misleading Booking.com listing info.
The only thing that salvaged my reservation for me was the generous help of staff members who hauled my luggage and walker up to the second story for me. Couldn’t have managed otherwise.

Fabulous location! We had a view from our room and balcony of some of the waterway, the ferries, the marina activities, the waterfowl, and the paper mill. It was ever-changing, with a huge array of watercraft passing by, from dinghies to sightseeing cruise boats to paddle boats, and more. We could also walk everywhere from there, from the Co-op, to downtown, to the Marina, the lagoon park, etc.
Not the fault of the staff, but they definitely seemed overworked. They were skimpy about some things, like coffee cups, but the room had an empty liquor cart with wine glasses atop it, plus an ice bucket, but with no top or tongs. We had to ask for additional small itrms that are usually in place when you arrive. The place seemed as though it were decorated in anticipation of a movie star's arrival. Quite fun, but a bit impractical.

Our room was amazing. It was huge on a corner with a big balcony and lots of windows with an amazing view and a bathtub in our room.
While the balcony was well appointed with an amazing view, the condition of the balcony and chairs left a lot to be desired. The Chairs were so dirty we had to bring towels out to sit on them.
