This hotel was quite a surprise. The grounds included an indoor & outdoor swimming pool, a gym with a sauna, and a business center with access to a printer. There is even an outside picnic area with a BBQ. The room was spacious and clean and had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a recliner. Right down the hall was an ice machine and a small alcove with vending machines for drinks or snacks. Breakfast is included and the selection was very expansive and even had an omelet bar. The location was perfect, right next to the highway and has restaurants, gas stations, and markets within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The girl who checked me in did not give information that she should have. Also the key card to get in the building wasn’t working so I had to make several trips to the front desk for help getting in.

Quiet, even though it is close to the highway. The facilities are well maintained. Great breakfast, so many options! Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfy, comfy beds. Clean pool and spa. Bery convenient location.

The shower didn’t have a very good exhaust fan. Very minor issue.

The breakfast was just fine. The omelet bar really makes it excellent. Marguerita's welcome and making the omelets was especially nice.

Having real coffee cups for those of us having breakfast there would be more ecological and make the coffee stay warm longer without burning your mouth.

The facility was very nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was fantastic! Omelet bar, oatmeal, waffles, scrabble eggs, sausage, baskets and gravy, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea....Our room was right next to the lobby door which squeaked with every use and the bed was so soft it hurt my back I had to sleep on the floor to stop the hurting. I realize that's a personal problem, just saying. But we.really like the place.

The location is away from noise and people which we liked. The breakfast was a little bland but at least it was offered. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable and whoever cleaned the room, we noticed her attention to detail. We really enjoyed the historical pictures of Prosser in the hallways. It added a sense of pride for the city and what people lived like while growing Prosser into what it is today. We liked the outdoor gazebo. Booking was simple, even I could do it. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

There was a creek in the floorboard, that’s minor. The vending machines were nearly empty but we brought our own snacks. There’s not much we didn’t like.

It was wonderful and my omelet was cooked to order by a lovely lady with a great smile which was nice, especially that early in the morning.

Everything was up to my expectations. No complaints

The woman working the night shift when I checked in was super friendly. Great location with lots of food options. Pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. Spacious and clean room.

The morning staff working breakfast were beyond rude!! The wifi didn't work.

You can't beat the made to order omelets along with many other breakfast goodies. My 3rd stay. All good.

Nearby oriental restaurant was poor but there are other places to eat within walking distance as well as good ones a short drive.

Our door key kept on getting deactivated even when we kept it away from electronics. It was inconvenient having to go to the front desk each time.
