The room was very clean and everything was comfortable. I was really impressed that the free breakfast had hot food - bacon, waffles, eggs, pastries etc! Usually you get some cold fruit and a granola bar or something like that LOL!.

2 small things - the elevator was broken. we stayed on the 2nd floor and were able to enter through the back so only had to use the stairs to go down for breakfast so it wasn't much of an issue. Also, the note in my room said they had complimentary toiletries. I forgot my toothbrush so went to ask for one but they didn't have any. VERY VERY SMALL THINGS......

breakfasts was outstandingly. great selection. hot foods nice and hot, and cold foods nice and cold. all kept very clean and stocked - probably the best breakfast bar at a hotel I have ever experienced. Also the check-in staff at the hotel was very friendly. My flight in had been quite delayed - the staff made me feel welcome - even at the very late hour.

only problem was really not something the hotel could do something about. I had problems locating the driveway entrance. Probably due to bad Google map directions, and late night road construction.

The staff were amazing. Special shout-out to Julio, service manager. He was amazing. This stop was second on our list and we needed to do laundry. The property had guest laundry but the dryer wouldn’t work through the app . The property was aware of it and the service manager offered to do our laundry in one the big machines. We were ever so grateful . Thank you again to Julio . He should get some good recognition. In general staff were very helpful.

I didn’t like that the property offered change for the laundry machines in their welcome brochure in rooms but didn’t keep their change well stocked. I couldn’t get change for the machine and it wouldn’t work through the app. I think the least that could happen is if the machine is going to be broken . Offer guests enough change to feed the machine. This would have fixed all the problems without Julio having to step in.

I liked the clean King room. It was great to have the Kurig coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. The room and facilities were well kept and clean. Breakfast was great and had options for meat eatwers, vegetarians and vegans.

There was no closet in my room but there was a large dresser. I was told that a few of the rooms didn't have closets.

We checked in late. Our flight didn't arrive until after midnight. Once checked in our room we noticed there wasn't a bathroom door. Later that morning, they gave a new room with a bathroom door. Apparently, they were renovating by painting the bathroom doors and never got around to replacing that door. Breakfast was great and delicious. My family enjoyed it. Location was close to places we needed to go. We will book at this hotel the next time we are in Seattle. The staff members, Warren and Alice, were very kind and friendly. Their service to us was top-notch.

That the front desk was print, courteous, and helpful. Her name was Malaysia and made checking in and relaxing that night such a breeze !

ONLY thing if I had to pick was that the gravy was cold and we finally came down about 8am so it may have been cold from 6 but that’s about the only negative.

The breakfast and coffee espresso machine and gym! Visit Jimi Hendrix memorial it is 5 min away!

The bedding frame had some metal stuff sticking out and if not careful you can hurt your shins badly! Luckily I was paying attention otherwise it would not be a good outcome!

The facility was very clean, loved the breakfast offer and the front desk and for that matter all the employees were very nice, courteous and helpful.

Was a little noisy could hear the people above me walking. I was near the elevator and ice machine so it was a little noisy. The location did not have mush around it for eating had to drive for lunch or dinner.

Great location, pretty good breakfast. Sufficient parking.

I asked to move rooms because the children above me were running, jumping off the bed, and marching around their room from 1am to 1:45 and from 6am to 7:45. The front desk staff told me they would find another room for me and they would give me a call. They never called back.
