When calling to confirm my reservation with the front desk they couldn’t find my reservation and the person that I was speaking was was not very polite. She was acting like it was my fault that she could not find the reservation kept saying she didn’t have it when I was telling her, I had the Booking.com confirmation number. She kept stating that that was not a number that they had for their facility and that we did not have a reservation. Upon arrival, I did have a reservation and they did honor the price from Booking.com.

The staff that we did encounter was very nice and also helpful, the casino had a mix of old and new machines and the table games were fairly priced at some at 5 dollars a table

If your staying at the casino, the walk to your room is very long , just keep this in mind if you're elderly or troubled getting around, the cleanliness of the hallways are terrible, all they have to do is run the sweeper to make it at least appear clean. The price for the rooms are very expensive just to gamble in there.

Breakfast was not included. "Big Al's" fit our needs. The staff was great with detail and delivered exactly what we ordered. The bagel sandwich was good. Also "The Gatsby" beat expectations. The meals were delicious and staff was fun! The grill was comfortable and open. "Mady" was always present to fill and delivery our order.

Alles Gut! The ringing and bells from the casino were not what we came for.

The restaurant was excellent, the casino was ok, the bed was most comfortable, the location was great for me, I loved the 2 pools indoors and an outdoor pool

Didn't like when you walked out of the doors, You could not use your room key to get back in you had to walk around to the main door, and $2 for a small bag of potato chips

Great price for a beautiful room. Loved the products used. Soaps smelled like fresh oranges! The bed was super comfy and the linens and towels were great quality. The view from the room overlooked the track. The horses were beautiful to watch in the morning.

I wish there was more to do nearby and room service!

Nice restaurants and fun casino

Stayed 3 nights but room not cleaned for anyone staying more than 1 night. Also they had us at the dump rooms in another building. I complained and they moved us

We loved it. We had an amazing time. Rooms were clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We will be back.

The overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I understand the need for it, but it took me a while to adjust to it.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. The restaurants we tried were good.

One night someone was smoking near my room and it smelled all night. Not the fault of the hotel, though, since it's supposed to be non-smoking

Great location!

There was a girl next door that was obviously on drugs with her boyfriend. She banged and kicked at their door causing me quite a bit of anxiety. When I went to the front desk, they told me to contact security.

The room was very nice.

The two elderly ladies working the front desk upon check in at 3:00 PM on 7/4/24 were absolutely MISERABLE! Horrible first impression. CLEARLY NOT happy in their jobs. Made no effort to be friendly. Very rude!
