Located close enough to all of the amenities that Summersville offers, including the dam, yet not jammed up against other properties. We loved that for a small fee, we could bring our 2 Pomeranians and have them stay also. The Continental breakfast was a bit disappointing though, but since we were only 5 minutes or less from the chain fast food resorts for breakfast, no big deal. Looking forward to going back!!

Just a better selection of fruit at breakfast I suppose, but other than that, I'm very happy with the accommodations.

Pretty much bang on for the price. Clean, tidy, comfortable and warm rooms. Bed was incredibly comfortable. If you're just looking for a bed for the night you can't go wrong. Was passing through Summersville on my drive around WV and this pace was perfect. Special shout out to Tressa at the check in desk ( I hope I remembered your name correctly). Between herself and the manager they sorted out my booking and were on the phone to Booking.com for nearly an hour. Sorted it out with a smile. Excellent staff.

Nothing really. Only thing was that my room was on the ground floor and someone decided to sit in their truck right outside my door at 12am with the engine running. Not the hotels fault but I'd suggest a room upstairs instead.

breakfast was very limited cereal , waffles which ran out, yogurt and breads, an apple n oj.. all fine with me but not the other 2 traveling with me, we saw a little boy later w a plate of waffles so they must've made more for him :)

it's just a regular hotel, it was fine. i guess i would would like to pay $100 total at the most for places like these.

I have several food, allergies, including gluten and soy. I brought my own gluten-free bagel with me and toasted it. The butter that you supply is not real butter so I ate my bagel with no butter. The coffee was good. You might want to take note that a lot of people Have allergies now for whatever reason it would be nice to have gluten-free options.

Location was right off the freeway. The parking lot was jammed, and not easy to find the entrance, it was unexpected to enter in front of the dairy queen. but the receptionist was up when we got in at 1:30 am and cheerful! We got the last room, and was glad we reserved it in the morning. Breakfast was ok, but we got some apples and coffee for the ride out. My hubby got some yogurt. We were only there to break up the drive to Pittsburgh from NC. I must say that the beds were very comfortable, and I have trouble sleeping on most any bed. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower was hot and full power water, and we were in an end upstairs unit.

More protein choice for breakfast, like some eggs? Maybe there were some, I just didn't see them? Hard boiled would have been fine. There was the standard toast, muffins, coffee, oatmeal. But the place was clean!

The guy who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and well kept. Comfy mattresses with soft sheets and plenty of pillows. Was really impressed with the place.

Free breakfast but it was small and in the office. Was too long of a line and too crowded to wait for the single waffle maker.

Breakfast was just OK; could have used more fruit (bananas?) and maybe a small pastry, yogurt that didn't contain artificial sweetener. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable but could have used a chair or two-no place to sit except the beds. All the staff we saw were professional, friendly and helpful.

The restroom off the lobby was shabby and dingy. The entrance and parking lot shared by the Dairy Queen need to be repaved; they did not make an inviting good first impression of the property.

The staff were amazing. Super friendly and very helpful. They were happy to answer any questions we had, were knowledgeable of the area and the best places to go for what we were looking for.

The only issue I had was it appeared the motel was not fully occupied, but we had people in the rooms above us, which was quite noisy when they were walking around in their room.

Most everything was good. Easy and friendly check in, clean room, comfortable and everything worked fine.

Towels were HILARIOUSLY tiny. Only kid it fit was my two year old. But for me and my older kids we were laughing so hard about the towels not wrapping around ourselves. Also, WAY more expensive than it should be.

Nice area, easy to get around.

Since i’m technically a “local” because i’m from summersville… i live in Morgantown currently for school and came home for the weekend and got a room. I was not aware that I would have to put a $150 CASH deposit down.
