Loved the setting of the property! We loved being able to sit outside in a nice seating area; being able to watch the docks and related activity of boats across the street; enjoying the outside bar area had a fun atmosphere to sit; and being able to order food and eat outside was delicious! We also enjoyed an indoor area on the property where we could sit and play cards at a table & chairs in the evening. The breakfast that was included was delicious and nice to enjoy relaxing and looking at all of their beautiful gardens!

The room was a little musty but it may be because it was on the water.

The place was QUIET and relaxing! Very nice room. Great, friendly staff at the desk. Willy at the bar, waitress, and the omelet cook at breakfast were awesome!

Place could use some updating. The shower in the suite was small and the water would spray out of the door getting the floor wet. The patio was dirty (chairs were covered in tree buds, spider webs, etc. There was a place on the wall in the living room area of the suite that was missing paint. Maybe from moving a couch or bed. The road to get in NEEDS some paving! The sign from the north entrance by the highway should be removed OR fixed! There should be more parking. When we returned at 930pm there were limited to no parking spots available by door A.

the staff (all of them) were friendly and always greeting us asking how we were. beds were comfortable. shower pressure was perfect. the lodge was large and nice to walk through. the property outside was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside and walking the pier. I cant wait to bring my family.

the only thing would be no coffee was available before 7am. and there was a lack of lighting in the room. one lamp for a big room.

The staff were very friendly, the food was good and the service also good. A lot of space outside for dog to walk. Great dog friendly places to stay! Will come again!

Outdoor patio furniture outside of room could stand a little wash down, but that would not prevent us from staying again.

It was a clean environment. There were nice food options, my wife and I did not have to leave the property for food or drinks. The bartenders were very nice and pleasant to spend time with. It was very peaceful and relaxing

There really was not anything I did not like.

Very large comfortable room/bed. Room had a jacuzzi tub and a small LR area with gas fireplace. Very clean.

Administration should put a time limit on when jacuzzi tubs can be used. My neighbor started using their tub after 1 AM for at least an hour and the sound resonated into my room which kept me up for at least two hours.

My husband & I loved this place. Beautiful view of the lake. Rooms were very nice & clean. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great shower. Fireplace, couches, and borad game area. Bartender--Willie AMAZING. Housekeeping very sweet. Tami--Server so nice and funny. Tiki bar so cute. We had the seared Tuna and it was very good.

Front desk not too friendly--but I made her smile. Thin walls. 😁 I heard snoring next door just for a bit. Doors slam loud. Balcony is private, which is nice but needs a little cleaning. Fish fry & tenderloin--it was so so.

I loved the omelets that were made for us. I liked having an area to sit and talk with a fire. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Very generous that they were willing to give 50% off a appetizer for staying there at the restaraunt.

There wasn't really anything. The only issue I had was the neighbor being noisy at night, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Continental breakfast could have had healthier cereals.

Hotel is located in a beautiful setting. Staff are so lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us. ‘Anna’ was so friendly and took time to show us the map of the local area and told us the best parts to visit. The food was delicious at both the tiki bar for evening food and the fresh omelettes cooked at breakfast.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The omelet bar during breakfast was awesome. The view of Sturgeon Bay from the patio while we ate supper was amazing.

Our remote for the TV turned it on and worked for volume but didn't work for turning channels. It wasn't that big of a deal since we were gone most of the time. It is an older hotel, so it is a bit dated. There were a few cobwebs by the window that had some bugs in them.
