Breakfast was exceptional and we chose what we wanted to eat. The dining room was connected by a corridor, but up 4 steps, which was difficult for me. We liked having the bathroom facilities separate from the sleeping area--nice arrangement.

Having a ramp up to the breakfast area would have made a big difference in accessibility. Due to road construction, getting back on the freeway was difficult to navigate--directions from the staff would have been helpful.

Room: Loved the large floorplan including bedroom vanity, balcony w/courtyard view, lg kitchenette w/full-sized fridge, Facilities: Great bar liquor selection with on-site food options, really good breakfast. Located right on the Platte river.

Room: spa tub didn't work (was just a large tub), room a/c didn't function properly and didn't keep the room cool, no kitchen utensils in kitchen, no usb charging options Facilities: pet area was far from hotel, grounds weren't maintained very well.

We really enjoyed the recommendation for a restaurant from the staff. We had a bit of a wait for the second night we stayed, but they knocked $50 off of our room cost which was awesome! And the pool had some big floaties and noodles for the guests to use for free which we have NEVER seen and made it really fun.

There were places that were definitely a little "more worn" but were fine with us. The pool temperature was on the cool side, but we still swam for a long time.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the furniture/linens felt like they belonged in a much more upscale hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good. The breakfast area felt like a nice restaurant.

The room doors were very loud and impossible to close quietly. I was worried I was disturbing my neighbors. If it hadn’t been for the AC fan running the whole time I was there I probably would have been woken by doors closing all night. The AC struggled a bit during the hot daytime and the room was pretty warm until the sun went down, but then it did ok. The bar/restaurant was closed the one evening I was counting on it to be open, closed for some kind of repairs if I remember correctly.

Awesome room layout for a family with several kids. Nice pool for the kids. Staff super helpful with any of our requests.

Hotel rooms were older. Our 3 room suite was awesome and had a kitchen area, but there were no dishes or silverware in the kitchen. Hottub was out of commission and turned into a kiddie pool. No elevator, so not really great for those with mobility issues.

Breakfast was ok. Faclities while old were comfortable. The banquet chef and food was very good.

At first the front desk clerk insisted that the receipt was sent and could only booking.com yet the reservation was "pay at the property." Eventually a receipt was issued to me.

We liked the outside entrance to our vehicle which made it easy to haul our stuff in and out plus the restaurant was really nice and had great food. The pool was very nice and warm enough to swim in.

I wish they offered an option of a King Bed with sleeper sofa.

Nice room, large, has everything. Hotel has had a light refurbishment. Very good breakfast and pleasant helpful staff, thanks for their help and advice on a few things.

Room was a bit dark and gloomy, poor lighting. Area not great at all in my opinion, it didn't feel good at all, but parking seemed safeish. I could not find any restaurant closeby that I liked, but more in town not far if you go by car. I would choose a hotel in a better area or in an out of town zone next time.

The staff was kind and super helpful. The room was clean and I enjoyed it (had the jacuzzi tub suite with the balcony.) We requested a play pen and when we got there it was set up already in the room which I was so happy about after driving all day with my 2 and a half month old. The owner of the bar was amazing! The cook was amazing and stayed a little longer and made us good food. The breakfast staff held my son for me while I prepared my plate and my husband's. Everyone went above and beyond and I will be going back soon!

I think something that would have made that room 100% perfect would have been a little round table with two chairs that you can eat at. Husband and I had to have one at the desk and i used the coffee table to eat and I feel there's room in that kitchen for a either a round table with two chairs or a table the size of the desk with two chairs. Also a trash can in the bedroom area. Having one in the bathroom and living only became a bit frustrating. But that's it....

The breakfast was good. It was nice to sit down and order rather than be served buffet style. The staff was great — from the receptionist to the housekeeper to our server at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The thermostat was not user friendly.
