We've been staying in BW for several years now. We like the convenience of their parking set up (right in front of the room so we can see our car). This is probably one of the newest BW PLUS, new and modern. Open lobby concept. The room assigned to us was spacious with a nice view. Modern furnitured, fixtures and lighting. The bed was very comfortable. The linens were soft and clean. USB port on bed side tables. Bathroom was clean. Huge ambient mirror. Water pressure is good. Hot water worked. Wifi is strong. Vent was quiet. Free toiletries. Good warm breakfast. We enjoyed the eggs & sausage. Good location for transient travelers. Pet friendly. Wide parking area. Close proximity to restaurants and shops. Staff was  helpful.

Thin walls, noise can be heard everywhere. Carpet on 2nd floor smelled like dog poop. I wish BW replaces all their carpeted flooring. They are nasty, gathered dust & dirt. It triggers our allergy. We started sniffling come night time.

The location is excellent, and for my convenience, it's just that I need it on such short notice. My beloved husband's mother is not very well, and I made the decision to be with her. Again, thank you.

Price, that is something which could not be avoided. The situation was dire because of my mother in law's medical condition. I know I made the best choice for my husband. Because price is not the most crucial issue to me prioritizing my husband's. Personal family affairs is a significant platform to me.

We had a great stay at the BWP! Room felt brand new and clean with very comfy linens, water pressure was adequate, and breakfast was great -- great waffles (but no whipped cream). My kids loved the fresh cookies at check-in and I enjoyed the exercise center and it's iFit-connected bike -- I could just sign in as my account and see my workout history from home! Pool is small but serviceable, hot tub was nice, and the location was right off the highway near a lot of restaurants and services.

Very easy to get to, very nice and clean. Lovely room, comfy bed. One of my big bears with many hotels is poorly placed power outlets/ charging points but this location had a side table and lamp with an inbuilt outlet for charging on both sides of the bed. The free breakfast was more than enough and included scrambled eggs, sausage patties and pancakes as well as self-made waffles. Nice size fridge in the room that was actually quiet.

No complaints at all.

The most important thing always is a clean room. Of the different hotels we have stayed in, this was the cleanest room we have had in a long time. Secondly, the staff was amazing. Specifically, Ray and Ong. They were working the job of, in my opinion, many people. They were very gracious and patient with all of the tasks they had to juggle. I hope you recognize how well these employees handle and manage their positions. The breakfast bar had some issues and probably could have used just one person to look over and manage that, but the guys were checking in, dealing with key problems, cleaning, troubleshooting, filling breakfast items, etc. I understand it's hard to hire right now everywhere, I just want to make sure you appreciate such hard workers with great attitudes. That's rare nowadays. Thank you for your time.

Covered our needs for a wedding we were going to. Room was spacious and quiet. Comfortable bed, and they tried their best to give us the earliest check in possible. Breakfast was average, nothing to complain about or to love. Overall, very nice place to stay for a night.

There were about 7+ kids, unsupervised, at the pool around 10pm. Screaming, and loud. Figured they would be in bed by then, so that some adults could actually enjoy the pool. We walked in, and immediately turned around. Big bummer we couldn’t enjoy that bit. Oh and the hot tub was broken/closed.

We had travelled from Huatulco Mx and stayed at several hotels in the 7 days we were driving and none of them met our expectations like the Best Western in Casper did. Room was amazing and hotel was very quiet, we had a great sleep in the beds and wonderful breakfast to start our next day of driving. We will definitely stay there again on our way back south. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had good options, including a non-dairy milk option which was very thoughtful and helpful for those who cannot have dairy. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all.

Comfortable bed and very quiet hotel!

Concerned about the "warm" refrigerator in the breakfast area...ie...milk products and, egg yolk mayonnaise being left out on all tables-food safety. Otherwise, breakfast was good and with good selections.

The reception area was very nice and welcoming and the staff were very good. Staff offered advice on where to eat. the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortanle.

We thought having the coffee machine in the bathroom was strange. No kettle if you preferred to make your own coffee.
