Location and easy check in.

I wasn't aware about the remodel but it really wasn't a problem for us as we were just there to sleep. The only thing that was concerning is I went to blow dry my hair in the bathroom and as soon as I turned it on the power went out in there...assuming from remodel.

Location. Breakfast was very good.

Toilet handle was broken. Room was somewhat noisy - we could hear other guests. Was no info in room about TV channels or cable.

Nice welcome at check in, comfortable rooms with good air con and the kids loved the pool. Breakfast had lots of good options, including eggs etc, alongside cereal, fruit and cinnamon rolls. Good option if you want quick access to highway/somewhere without going into town.

The hot-tub was out of action when we visited.

The staff were excellent. Booking.com failed to make the TWO room reservation I triple checked however, the staff were able to get me a second room with no problems and gave me the same rate. I will only be using IHG reservations for Holiday Inn Express room from now on.

Check in host was warm, welcoming, fast and efficient during check in. He made our experience much better and his skills are impeccable.

Breakfast foods weren't that great. I think there is room for improvement.

Excellent location, super clean, with very friendly staff and other patrons. We were watching Jason Kelce resign on TV in the breakfast room. Everyone was respectful and watched with me.

Really good breakfast, great location close to I-25 and Wyoming BLVD. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean room and great room service. Nice swimming pool and spa. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Casper.

Great location. Walking distance to Old Chicago pizza.

Bedside lamp and plugs did not work. Would prefer the bar soaps and mini shampoo and conditioner. Those pump containers don’t work for me. Just a personal preference so no big deal.

The property is easy to get to, not far off of the interstate, close to shopping and dining. Clean and comfortable, and a way better place to stay than others in Casper.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome

The hot tub didn't work. We were there for a cornhole tournament and like getting in the hot tub after a long day of throwing bags. I was very disappointed to hear that it was not working!!!
