As with any continental breakfast I've ever had at a U.S. hotel/motel, the one at National 9 Inn Showboat left a little to be desired, both in amount & selection of breakfast fair offered. If you've ever stayed at a hotel in continental Europe & had a continental breakfast there, then you'll understand what I mean. Continental breakfasts in the U.S. are bare bones when compared to continental breakfasts in Europe.

Staff went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed

Staff was so nice, motel was clean. I would recommend to anyone and will stay again! My husband was in the hospital and did not know how things would be day to day, everyone went above and beyond to help us from the front desk to house keeping. I appreciated them all at such a difficult time for me!

I asked about changing to a different room from the one I booked. They did it immediately, no problems or hassle. I have booked here before, and will always book here when I travel to Casper! Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and price is great!

A small coffee pot in the room would be nice, instead of going to the lobby for coffee. They have a good continental breakfast, but I don't eat breakfast, so just having coffee in my room would be perfect.

The cost was great!

I was charged $100 deposit, separate from the cost of the room, which is understandable. The next morning upon checkout, the desk lady gave me a credit card receipt showing -$100. But here I am 3 days later, with it still not being returned to my account. I did book through Booking.com, but the amount remaining unreturned is labeled as National9 Inn-Showboat. If this is how long it takes to return my deposit, I will most likely not be staying here again.

We didn't have any breakfast,were late getting up, location was a bit farther away from our stops but all in all was great,just what we needed

Couple people were arguing at the desk,a cpl maintenance were over heard using the f word in the hallway

I liked the breakfast that was provided, proving that a variety of breakfast food can be offered in a small space.

There was not enough lighting in the room, and I would have liked a bedside table on BOTH sides of the bed. Also, with the construction on the highway, the property was tricky to get to, but that's not the property's fault.

The friendly staff The air conditioner was quiet and effective cleanliness comfy bed nice decor very comfortable room the price!

Our room was next to the laundry. We could hear the machines running through the night. We were also next to the breakfast area. Some mornings it was quite loud.

Breakfast was alright. Would have been nice to have biscuits n gravy, some meats besides just waffles and cold cereals.

Drain stopper in bathtub was not working. Would not close to take a bath.
