The room was really clean and has been upgraded. Got the king size room the bed was so comfortable. Very spacious, I do appreciated the extra space the room offered. The gentleman at the front desk was so so nice. My coffee pot was missing the coffee pod tray. He found one and brought it right to my room. The breakfast was worth it. Dollar for dollar, I will definitely stay here again. The restaurant next door (The Fort) was delicious and not very expensive either. Right off the interstate and places to eat everywhere. 👍

Found some hair in the shower that did not belong to us. The shower would not stop filling up with water so I had to take out the drain plug all together. The was unfortunate.

The hotel was well located with a hiking path very near. The king rooms were spacious and very clean. Tyler at the front desk was very helpful. He gave us the name of some nice local restaurants that weren't far away. Many tv channels. A very good value.

The mattress desperately needs to be flipped or replaced. A lumberjack has been sleeping on the same spot and there's a hole you roll into. Very uncomfortable. NoI have been traveling for weeks and just found out if I booked through Booking I don't get the points??? When you are traveling... Service is very poor and it's almost impossible to reach Wyndham or the hotel itself. Third parties have made it very simple. I have been giving my Wyndham number all along the way and no one until Tyler told me I was getting no points. I guess I won't be booking with a third party anymore no matter how easy it is.

Reasonably priced and conveniently located near the highways. Quiet and clean space. The room was cool but warmed up very quickly. Big comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Lots of outlets. Cable TV to watch our favorite news. Microwave. Coffee maker was missing the part that holds the coffee packet so I left a message and I’m sure it will be replaced. Coffee from the dining room was excellent. Parking near the entrance. Very close to restaurants. (We ate at the Garden Inn. Great burgers.) Friendly staff. Delicious hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and a great waffle maker and fresh orange juice. Didn’t know Casper was so beautiful. Thanks!

The front desk people were very nice. The room, parking lot, and hallways were all very clean. The breakfast was delicious, very well stocked, and a pretty good variety of choices.

My only disappointment, really, was that the pool and hot tub were closed, and I didn't see any information stating that was the situation when I booked the room. That could very well be booking.com at fault for that, though. I did open a Wyndham rewards account after booking this particular stay, and in the future I will book directly through the Wyndham app/website.

Breakfast was good, nice variety (waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, sausage links, cereals, yogurts, bagels, muffins, toast, tortillas to make your own breakfast burrito, juice, milk, coffee/cappuccino). Bed was extremely comfortable, slept really well, soft and warm. Air conditioner worked nicely. Blinds were good for keeping out morning sun. Common areas were very clean. Front desk was very nice. Cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. Got to check-in early after a couple days camping. Got to take a shower before our conference started. Amenities were great in the room, microwave and mini-fridge. Free Wi-Fi, worked well.

Pool was really really cold. It was a nice size for a hotel pool, bigger than I expected, but didn't spend long in there. Hot tub wasn't hot enough for me, but much better than the pool. Shower curtain in the room didn't seem to actually be waterproof, got the floor wet every time. Not a lot of TV selection/channels.

I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It had limited variety and very few healthy options. Also, the breakfast room was quite small given the number of rooms in the hotel, so it felt crowded. There's definitely room for improvement in this area.

Staff delivered exceptional service in every respect - with a smile and very clear instructions, and were tremendously welcoming upon entry. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was beyond comfortable! I would love to know where to buy the same mattress, and I would buy it in a heart beat. It was the most comfortable bed ever! Wonderful breakfast as well!

Perhaps an additional luggage trolley would be helpful.

The rooms at AmericInn are spacious, equipped with all the things you need (coffee maker, fridge, etc.), and everything has a fairly new feel to it. The hotel itself is located in an area with many other hotels and restaurants nearby, yet it is still close to downtown Casper. We can definitely recommend the hotel to families.

There is currently heavy construction along the road, so be prepared for some maneuvering when getting to the hotel. We also struggled with the lock of our room, but this was quickly sorted out by the receptionist.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable, noise level not too bad even with highway construction nearby. The check-on guy was super helpful too!

On-Demand hot water system WAY out of tune. You will waste 7 bathtubs-worth of lukewarm water before you can finally draw 1 that is really hot. Very poor alternative to a traditional boiler system in my opinion. To address this I heard them say they would have someone keep a bleeder running at far end of building to ensure quick delivery of hot water throughout - WOW - how citiotic. Wyoming is the source of most of the bigger rivers in the west but that is no excuse for such deliberate waste!

In our two month travel trip, this is the best value! It was the cleanest and the most comfortable ! Loved the chair and footstool in the room. Great value! Close to many restaurants, and they let us check in early without charging us an early check in fee.

We didn’t realize breakfast ended at 9, so we missed it. But, all in all, we would stay here again!
