Only complaint is a minor one. You need more luggage carts by the entrance. The one you have was always in use when I was checking in, and for like an hour after. So I made 3 trips in and out and up the stairs. Not convenient. Otherwise a great stay!!!

It was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was ready to help any way they could. We were there for a family funeral and the staff was so kind, making us coffee and just letting us talk.

I really can’t think of a thing that I didn’t like.

The ladies that were working the evening we checked in were phenomenal:) They deserve a raise. You dont get to many friendly cheerful people anymore and we thank you gals for everything:)

The morning person at the bistro acted like she’d rather have been any where but there. It was very obvious she didn’t care to help us with anything and just wanted us to go away.

The room size and availability of number of beds per room for our larger family. The kiddie pool.

When we told the staff at check-in we were visiting to see if this hotel would be a good choice for our family after our fifth baby was born in a couple months, they told us we would have to book two rooms to accommodate 5 young children.
