We liked that there was some food and drink items available to purchase at the front counter area. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

That the bar closes at ten. would be nice to have been able to go there for a drink after the concert we went too. The only noise we heard was from one of the bathroom fans in one of the other rooms was pretty noisy.

The recent renovations to the hotel completely transformed the experience of staying there. Beautiful! The staff, food and service exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there in the future.

Newly remodeled room.

They are still remodeling and it is very noisy especially in the lobby. The construction also kept setting off the fire alarms. They charge for breakfast and the price tax was already $426 for two nights for that price breakfast should be included!

Breakfast was great. Very nice hotel and room. In a nice location close to downtown Casper, WY.

The rate I was charged did not match the booking.com price. The front desk staff was aware of it when I brought it up and changed it back to the booking.com rate. Be sure to check your invoice/bill when checking out to insure Hilton does not increase the rate from the booking.com rate.

It was a good location, near the airport.

There were no trash can liners. Might sound petty, but I had a covid rapid test to dispose of.... The shower curtain was in such a way that I didn't know if the tub had been cleaned or not. It was a good stay; I just expected more.

Location was perfect, hotel was very clean.

Your staff should investigate before assuming. Our small (11 pound) dog was never alone at the hotel and yes he barked twice at someone walking down the hall sounding like they were thumping the walls. We received a call to silence the dog immediately. That’s rude punk stuff. I did hear the very large dog in the next room bark very loudly several times, but we didn’t complain about it. Just aggravating. Thnx…

Fantastic place! Beds were comfortable. Gym was amazing. Didn't use pool or hot tub but looked really nice. Bought the breakfast but left before it was available. Didnt realize it didn't start til 7am on weekends. My only complaint.

We loved the location to our venue and the room was great as well as the staff.

The restaurant was not all that tasty especially at the prices of things. The pool was very small and the area could have been cleaned a bit.

The Bar was way over priced, the bartender was terrible, I thought I was in an Airport, never have I paid that much for a cocktail, won’t ever stay there again. 10 dollar snickers bar, 10 dollars for a bag of chips insane, we didn’t buy them.
