I had a truly enjoyable stay at the Frankfort Spa Hotel and would like to extend my special thanks to the hotel management for their kind assistance in resolving the initial booking confusion between Frankfort Expo and Frankfort Spa. I ended up staying the entire period at the Spa Hotel, which turned out to be a wonderful choice. The room was very comfortable, featuring a clean, modern design and an exceptionally cozy bed. One of the highlights was the breakfast - an impressive spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, a wide variety of dairy products, and excellent bakery items. The hotel restaurant overall was a delight. I also chose this hotel for its outstanding wellness facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool, Hammam, jacuzzi, and a range of massage services. These amenities made my stay both relaxing and rejuvenating.

The only downside I experienced was related to the extreme heat during my stay, with temperatures soaring above 40°C on some afternoons. This made the swimming pool area, which is enclosed by a glass roof, uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the pool water was quite warm - more so than expected for swimming - which made it difficult to stay in the water for extended periods. While this was a minor inconvenience, it’s worth noting for guests visiting during peak summer. Aside from this, my overall experience was excellent, and I would gladly return.

The hotel is brand new. The room was very spacious and cozy. I loved my stay and will recommend the hotel to anyone looking to explore Tashkent.

The room was clean, silent and spacious. Friendly staff, cooperative. Perfect breakfast and on-scene cooking. Very good swimming pool and jacuzzi area. Good and stable wifi internet. Only a fifteen-minute walk to the city zoo...

No service for birthday parties.. Only one elevator/lift for the 6-floor hotel, it was strange. No alcohol in the bar, SPA or restaurant. However, you are allowed to bring alcohol with you. Turkish sauna was out of order, reported as recently defective..however, nothing was done during the week. Far from the city centre.

Newly renovated hotel, good size of the room and bathroom facilities, helpful staff, changed room upon request to another side of hotel. Beds comfortable. Female staff members at the reception particularly helpful.

Location is a bit far from the center, as the traffic is heavy. Rooms to the street a bit loud, but staff was kind enough to change the room for me. Change of the toiletries in the bathroom needed, as some bottles seemed to be half empty. These comments do not undermine a very good impression of the standard at this hotel.

The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had enough variety that it didn't get old during my stay. The spa facilities are amazing! Super modern and sleek, the pool feels silky, the sauna was at a proper heat, and the entire vibe was great.

The location was quite isolated. There weren't a lot of things around, but getting around via taxi was not too much of a pain. Just be aware, it is not in walking distance of any sights.

It was amazing stay with my family in this hotel. The team has made everything to make us feel comfortable in Uzbekistan. A big thanks to our administrator/manager, who helped to organize my family my birthday surprise. The hotel in reality is even better than in the photos, rooms are spacious, the wellness area is simply amazing. Rooms had been cleaned daily and breakfasts met all of expectations we had before we travelled to Uzbekistan. Frankfort is a great mix of eastern hospitality and European service.

Location is not that central, but the hotel worth it;)

The hotels is new and very clean. It has the best equipped gym I have seen in a hotel. The location of the hotel is a bit distant from the centre of Tashkent but taxis are inexpensive. I ate in the hotel every evening and the food was very good.

Can't find any faults in my stay. I was visiting institutions nearby so location was perfect for me, and excellent value for money. Best hotel gym I've ever experienced. Great breakfast! Will now be my go-to hotel for future Tashkent visits (and I've tried a few).

Excellent building quality and very friendly staff.

Slow wifi, and air conditioning is tio much when turned on. When turned off, it's too hot. No good middle ground.
