The hotel staff were very helpful in attending to our needs and assisting us with our queries and requests. They provided useful advice on nearby attractions and food. Would love to visit again! The hotel owner even offered to give us a ride from the airport when we were having difficulty with transportation. Really had an enjoyable and very memorable time at Uzbekistan thanks to the hotel staff!

Star Hotel has a very beautiful courtyard with flowering plants, we enjoyed it greatly. The street where the hotel is situated is not in the city center, yet it has really a lot of very good cafes and restaurants within 300 meters' walk. The whole neighborhood is very lively, having the "139 Documentary Center" run by Tashkent artists nearby, as well as the gorgeous Osh Samsa at the Parkent Market within 15 minutes' walk. The hotel staff are really helpful and nice.

THE SHOWER HAS A PROBLEM BECAUSE THE WATER GOES OUT TO THE WHOLE BATHROOM, AND THEIR ARE NOT HAGER FOR CLOTHES. THE REST OK

There is a left over snack on the side table, meaning the room was not fully cleaned and prepared.

A cozy, clean room with good breakfast. The staff speak English. The hotel is in a quiet side street with several restaurants nearby and a bus stop on the main street. If you like to walk, it's about 20min to Amir Temur Square and only 10 inutes to Ashgabat Park, an amusement park. The only vegan cafe in Tashkent is also only a 10-minute walk away.

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste and it was really warm in the room with no way to regulate the temperature.

The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and the breakfast is also very good
