The hotel is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood about 10 minutes walk from Buyuk Ipak Yuli metro station. It is a modern building with a nice design and very comfortable rooms, including a modern bathroom and air condition. There is a courtyard with a pool and some relaxing sofas. Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast changes every day and is freshly made. I myself had lunch there, as there is a good variety of different meals. The value for money is excellent. You won't find any better in Tashkent.

As I said, you won't find any better at this price in Tashkent. So, nothing.

The owners made every wish come true. We could check in late and check out very early. They even made us sandwiches because we didn‘t have time to eat breakfast. The pool and the yard are perfect for relaxing and cooling down. You can also eat lunch and dinner here, it‘s very good. The rooms are very clean.

The staff is wonderful - very kind and friendly. Good proximity to the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and not far from the Metro. The neighborhood is excellent. It's a first class guest house.

Staff was friendly and met my needs.

They struggled to understand my allergies since they did not have anyone with English skills at that level. once my translator explained, they made all needed adjustments.

Everything!We returned at the end of our trip prior to returning home, and we were greeted like family members! An early morning start meant missing breakfast, so sandwiches and a piece of fruit was left for us.

The staff were exceptional. Ask for Madina. She is a lifesaver. An added advantage is that she speaks fluent Hindi. The same goes for Lyubov and other gentlemen at the desk. Breakfast was also great.

Breakfast was really good. A small and very friendly, and helpful hotel. we arrived very late, about 4.30am, but we were welcomed warmly. I would go back.

WONDERFUL STAY: STAFF FRIENDLY, LOVELY COSY FEEL. SMALL OUTDOOR POOL WAS GLORIOUSLY COOLING AFTER A DAY IN THE HEAT. AN ABSOLUTE TREAT.
