Very nice place to stay, i really like it, the room was comfy and clean, the stuff ware so friendly specially Amalya she was very helpful and her English skills are very good.

During my 1st stay, I was with friends and I arrived early, around 10 am and I was really glad that the manager was very kind to give me an early check-in so I could sleep and rest because I have been sleepless for 2 nights. Another thing was, they allowed me to leave my bags for several days while I travel to the other cities of Uzbekistan. So on my last night, I stayed again, a lone this time before I took my bus to Bishkek. I'm really thankful for your consideration with my situation. I was a tourist but also moving to another country at the same time with my 3 luggage.

A lovely small hotel in a quiet neighbourhood.. For the price I paid it was a very good deal as previously I had stayed at a bad hotel for double the price.. The room was clean and all the necessary amenities like kettle , toiletries,mini fridge and slippers etc were available.. The receptionist was very sweet and spoke good english... I had to leave at 1 am to catch a flight and they had packed a complimentary breakfast box for me .. How sweet !! The metro was around 15 mins walking distance which was fine for me ... If you are Indian ,there is a nice Indian restaurant nearby...

There was no elevator which can be an issue if u have a big bag, but the hotel staff helps u with that.. The bathroom was a bit small..

Clean and confortable. Room is nice and air conditionner works well. Open 24/24h, so you can check in late. There is a laundry service for 1000 sum per clothe. Not far from the center, 10 min with Yandex.

I personnaly found the breakfast a bit disapointing, but my dad liked it. There wasnt enough beverage to drink. The staff lacks flexibilty with the room. We wanted to stay one more night and couldnt book "in person". We had to go through booking.com.

The Genius deal through booking.com was lower than that for a room in a hostel. But this is a genuine - simple hotel room with ensuite bathroom and total privacy. Excellent, freshly prepared breakfast, not stodgy buffet-style fare. Several minutes walk to Eco park (has a running track), several good coffee shops/restaurants and a good Indian restaurant. Polite, helpful reception staff. Location is very quiet.

Nothing to complain about

Very clean room. Good bed (but as for me - a bit hard mattress). Located not far from city center (13min by taxi, 30min by walk), but in very quiet dead end - 15min to subway station, 15min to bus stop. Room absolutely as pictured on photos. Breakfast is good enough - not a buffet - some porridge, some apple, fried egg, something sweet - all of good quality.

Staff could speak in different languages, The kitchen was so comfortable and clean The bathroom has warm floor. Ohhh amazing. Even the small fridge was in the room. Facilities in the bathroom and in the room was in full ready to use. Important things for guests. Location is quite nice. No noise . Very quiet place. In the centre of the city too.

The WiFi sometimes got weak

Location is good in great area. Clean. Comfortable. Breakfast’s good.

Don’t recommend staying on the 1st floor rooms, people go there for breakfast so it becomes a bit noisy from 7am. And windows are not comfortable. But we stayed at 1st floor because grandma didn’t want to walk upstairs.

Hotel excels in every aspect, especially thanks to the amazing guys at the reception. Their friendly and professional approach makes every stay an exceptional experience, with every guest feeling welcomed and valued. Highly recommended.

As usual the staff always try their best to make everything possible and the stay as comfortable as it could be. The kitchen team, the laundry and front office, and the Front office manager Zayniddin. Since my first stay 2 years ago and he's been always consistent in taking care of every tiny detail.
