When I made the reservation, I never thought I would stay in such a perfect hotel. Everything has been thought of to ensure the comfort of the guests. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. The location is very close to the city center. There were many varieties of food for breakfast and they were delicious. The staff is simply wonderful. Especially Luiza, Sanjar, Tahmina and manager Akmal are very friendly. I would like to thank each of them for taking care of everything during my stay at the hotel. definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to receive excellent service.

Couldn’t find anything to dislike.

Every trip is always about people, Tashkent isn't an exception. The receptionist was very patient and helpful. I think there was just misunderstanding about breakfasts. At the end we were given 50% discount for breakfast. The hotel is new, a lot of amenities. The location is great 10-15 min walk from Pushkin subway station, and 30-40 min walk from Amir Temir square.

Every night around 1 a.m. there was cut of electricity despite it was back again in 5-10 min, however I had to turn the a/c on. When booking this property I was offered a free transfer, but on the last moment got a message that it was just booking.com's mistake.

This is my first visit to Uzbekistan and since I was used to hotels in Dubai I was a bit worried to be honest. But when I saw the design of this hotel and how friendly the staff was, it definitely made my trip to Tashkent better. The hotel looks and feels new, the room designs are the same as in the pictures. Also the breakfast area is so cosy and food is simply delicious, and to my suprise they had brunch items added to the buffet :D. Overall I enjoyed my experience here from the friendly staff to the comfort of my stay.

Staying in this hotel not first time, always the best service. Breakfast is wonderful, with good diversity of cousin, good quality and taste of food and staff is very polite and helpful during the breakfast. Rooms are clean, good wifi signal in different points of the hotel. Room furniture is suitable for work and relax after it. Beds has a wonderful mattress, not too soft, not too rigid. No problems with hot water, like it happens in some hotels, when you need to wait 10 minutes before you could have a shower, here warm water with enough power of jet almost immediately. For me it was a perfect location because not so far from city center, nearby you can find a lot of supermarkets, two restaurants right in the building. Park is nearby and my clients were in three minutes walk. Hotel is located far from main roads, so no disturbance during the night, it is quite outside. Windows can be opened, if you don't like AC. Premises also have a work space and lounge on first floor - so main focus of the hotel is on business people and quality of service - what is always nice.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to your front desk team, Mr. Youns, Hassan, and the Manager for their exceptional support and cooperation during our recent stay. We faced a medical emergency, and the way the hotel staff responded and supported us went far beyond our expectations. Their professionalism, empathy, and prompt assistance made a difficult situation much more manageable. We are truly grateful for the kindness and care extended to us.

The neighbourhood is quiet so you do not hear the cars in the night. And no noisy music from the lobby/bar. The room is so comfortable and clean. The toilet has a plug point for my hairdryer which is great! It even has a bath tub which is such a pleasant surprise!! I also like it that the room door could be locked from the inside which is rather rare in this region. The breakfast is good too!

The toilet door knob is faulty. Other than this, there is nothing I do not like about this hotel.

I ❤️ everything about this hotel. It was stated luxury at a fair price. The room was nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet.♥️ And everything was very clean. ❤️ I loved the motion-sensor lights in the room for getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. ♥️ I also loved that there were UBS ports in every area of the room. ❤️ The wifi was very fast and easy to connect. Check-in was quick and easy. ♥️ The staff were all very helpful and nice.❤️ The breakfast was very good. ♥️ The chef cooked my omelet to perfection 👌. It was one of the best I've had.♥️

It would have been helpful to have a menu in the restaurant in English. But I got around that with help from the staff.
