Hotel is within the city walls of Khiva in a very quite part of the city with very friendly and helpful straff. Spacious room with clean bathroom, clima, small fridge and water kettle. Due to the very limited number of guests, only prepared breakfast was served, no buffet but decent enough. We needed a strong wifi for an on-line meeting. In our room the signal was weak but we could use another room for that close to the router, which resolved the issue.

No credit card payment possible although we were told this was only temporarily so check before booking.

The staff here are exceptional - super friendly and spoke excellent English. We really appreciated their help and we were able to check in early from the night train, which was great. The location is right inside the Itchan Qala, walkable from all main sights in Khiva and super peaceful in the morning. The interior is stunning, really beautifully decorated and the room was lovely and cosy. It even had a bathtub. In the breakfast room downstairs they set out a spread of bread, eggs, cheese, jams and biscuits etc. We wished we could stay longer!

The suite i stayed in was very large and comfortable and excellent value for money. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The staff were very helpful, especially Asadbek. The location couldn’t be better and is only 30 min walk from the train station, and maybe 2 minutes from the main sites in the old town. The breakfast was decent.

The breakfast could have been better with higher quality options. The bathtub needs a curtain for showering

Unbeatable price/quality ratio. In other parts of the world one would pay ten times the amount of money for such a room etc. Excellent home made brekfast. Big, clean room, good internet. The first night I only had cold water in the bathroom, on the second day I had to change rooms because due to the adverse, extremly cold weather the water supply completely stopped working in the suite.

The hotel is located in the heart of ichan kala, very close to the west gate. A great place to start your walking around the old city of khiva, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast spread. Our stay was very pleasant with a clean, spacious and comfortable room. We also appreciated the hotel arranging a cab and breakfast to go for us super early in the morning as we headed to the airport. Highly recommended for a stay in Khiva.

The counter staff could be better trained. Most of the times there wasn’t anyone at the reception. When I asked for water to be topped up at the dispenser, it was lost in translation three times. The manager managed a service recovery in the end, but I’m a little disappointed at the lack of attention to guests’ needs.

On the second day I had to change the room because the adverse weather condition damaged the water system in the Suite, but the smaller rooms are excellent as well.

This hotel is perfectly situated at the edge of old town. just minutes walking distance to all the sites of Khiva, but still quiet in the evenings. the hotel is spacious with large rooms and incredibly helpful staff. The staff speak great English and are there to help with any questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

My king-bed room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the main sites in the old town. Breakfast was fine (lots of fruit and different options), except the fried eggs were a bit too greasy.

The a/c was a little bit weak, probably because the room is so big.

It was all good, location, breakfast, room, bathroom. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to be helpful. My friend and I would recommend anyone coming to stay here.
