This was a very new resort, with clean and modern rooms. It offered bikes, electric scooters, floats and more to rent for fun. The pool was fantastic, as was the lazy river, and the beach in front of the resort is beautiful. It was a little bit difficult to communicate with staff at times due to a lack of English, but overall most were very friendly and would try to help if they could.

The food is mediocre at best, and both the food at the buffet breakfast, as well as the food we ordered for dinner from the restaurant would always come out cold. The “shopping area” called Arena Town has one convenience store and 2 “restaurants”. One of which had no menu and the other was very limited menu. It is also quite far away from the city center (40 mins away) and there’s only one shuttle offered daily that can only be booked with 24 hours notice beforehand.

Location, beach, pool, hotel is brand new. Also nice breakfast. Free shuttle to Nha Trang. Currently, not crowded. Want to come back.

Staff needs more training. English speaking ability must be improved. Some problems with booking, something was not very clear.

The hotel is situated in an amazing location and it is perfect if you travel with kids! The staff is very friendly and professional. I definitely highly recommend it, and I'd come back again.

There is nothing to complain about the place, maybe a bit more equipment for the gym, but when you get there you just wanna relax!

Such great potential to be an all inclusive resort however the dining options were limited (all day dining would be great considering the location). The activities could be every day (we were disappointed we couldn't do the lazy river activity because it wasn't the weekend).

Very new resort with excellent facilities. The beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Everything is spotless. I love the swimming pool so much. It's really clean and big. Resort is ocean front with a long lazy river. The landscape is really well maintained and beautiful. The Bai Dai beach is right in the front and is a great beach. Breakfast was excellent.

Although the beach is really great, on the way from the resort to the beach, there are some garbage. The resort should clean the beach. I heard that there is a current that brings trash from the sea onshore.

The room was exceptional. The facilities were breathtaking.

The location was close to the airport but didn't offer any attractions in the area.

I wish we stayed here longer. It was a nice hotel. The food was great and the rooms were clean. Wife an I really enjoyed ourselves. The pool was great and being right in front of the beach was great too.

The resort is new and staffs are friendly. Everything is just perfect and over my expectations for the price we pay. We will definitely come back this resort.
