Beautiful and very spacious room, comfy bed and incredible views over the sea. Nice balcony. Seoerate toilet. The room was perfect. Huge breakfast buffet. If you don’t find anything there, you can’t be helped. The blue lobster restaurant was cosy and staff incredibly friendly. Food was delicious too - they should have a daily suggestion, or at least a weekly one. The spa is beautiful. The lounge is very cosy and was nice to sit outside.

The language barrier is difficult. Most staff don’t speak English at all. But somewhat feels like it’s wanted, because that way they conveniently don’t understand your complaints. We had an executive room with turndown service - we stayed 4 nights, 4x not received. 4x complained, but nothing. The housekeeping wasn’t great, always something missing or not cleaned. They would take towels but not replace. The empty soaps not replaced. Toilet paper. Etc. the lounge access is not worth the extra money. Hotel has happy hour from 17-19, however lounge has happy hour from 17-18m and only serves alcohol during that time frame. At 17:50 they won’t open a new bottle. They don’t even serve sparkling wine in the lounge. However possible to order in restaurant and bars.

The villa was perfect for a family of 4. Bring right in the beach front was wonderful. The pools (loved the slides!), restaurants and gym were all very clean and well appointed. The gardens and planting was exceptional, with lots of attentive gardeners (well done them). I loved all the frangipanis! The spa was wonderful too. But the staff were the next feature; extremely welcoming, flexible, helpful and kind. Especially the managers who were very responsive and kind, and the women at the spa (especially the manager) who were so skilled and so lovely.

The wave club / pool was right next to our villa and sometimes the music coming from there was very loud. But not after 7.

Rat visiting us at 3am. We informed staff at front desk. After room service the next day, we still found rat poo on kitchen bench and floor...

I would like to leave a good feedback after my staying. The hotel is adapted to guests of all kinds, with children and adults. The location is comfortable, few minutes to the airport, there is a shuttle bus to city centre and back. The area is very big, you can find different entertainment tennis cards, different swimming pools, spa center, gym. The rooms are clean, spacious, with sea views. I want to thank to hotel administrator - Hung Hoa for the ability to resolve different situations, as well as big thanks to the restaurant administrator- Anh Nguyen for understanding and ability to fulfill our expectations. Higly recommend. 😊

Lovely room and view, excellent swimming beach (March), friendly staff, good food options at reasonable prices. Executive lounge service and offerings for afternoon tea and happy hour were very good. Efficient lifts were very quick.... Upper level pool lounges, the best you will find, so comfortable. Location is super convenient to airport but you need taxi for Nha Trang and other sights.

Shame the spa pricing was a little high, looks like a lovely facility. Poolside ice creams melted and refrozen, minor issue but not nice. Bedside lighting for reading poor but that's a design issue. We would not hesitate to revisit Radisson Blu.

Quiet location

Limited shuttle pick up after drop off and quite disappointed with FOM as it’s seems that we are a bothersome to her during the checked in and when we inquire about the transport schedules. Whereas Mr Kien the restaurant manager is very friendly and professional and a hands on manager and knows the real sense of hospitality service.

🌟 What They Loved: Staff: Incredibly friendly, responsive, and hardworking. Location & Beach: Stunning landscape and a world-class beach (though there was a jellyfish sting incident). Breakfast: Exceeded expectations. Executive Lounge: Complimentary access was appreciated.

⚠️ What Could Be Better: Children: Suggested restriction from wet bar pool and cocktail hour in the executive lounge due to disrupted atmosphere. Restaurants: On-site dining needs improvement; they preferred dining at nearby Movenpick. Bugs: Noted excessive presence affecting outdoor comfort. Smoke/Steam: Emissions from a building in front of the hotel spoiled the views and were a significant downside.

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded all expectations. Their assistance extended even to helping us arrange a dentist appointment, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. We’ve since recommended this hotel to a wider audience, as we truly had no complaints. We will absolutely be returning. A special mention goes to Nyung at breakfast—she was outstanding. From making our mornings enjoyable to helping us celebrate my husband’s birthday, her warmth and attentiveness truly set the standard for excellent service.

Close to the airport.Amazing resort. Gorgeous rooms with fantastic views. Pools nearby were also gorgeous. Staff helpful and offered free transportation to nearby seafood restaurants.

On our last day, water was dropping from the ceiling, which was a result of using the AC.

Really amazing rooms, nice pool and beach area. The staff was always really helpful from the beginning to the end. Doesn’t matter what we asked we st least got a nice and friendly answer. They even gave us a small cake for our 10 year anniversary. We tried the dinner and I have to say it’s pricey but worth the money. The choices are amazing, delicious and always full when you want more. The breakfast was absolute king and had so many different choices, if you can’t find anything here that’s a lie and nothing more. No idea why some poeple complained about the receptionist in some other reviews but there always top notch when we Check in and out and even between when I asked something’s. The kid area is lively and the woman inside today was friendly. I couldn’t try the spa because we only had 3 days but yeah. I can recommend this to everyone staying in cam ranh.

There is nothing around this place so if you don’t like to stay just in the resort don’t go here. The pool and the poolbar closes really early at 7 pm already. Would have enjoyed sone drinks there for sure. We went to the mövenpick hotel just to take a look around and they had like 50 water toys for kids you can borrow for free. Radisson had zero. Maybe because radisson is more for couples I guess. The pool is badly damaged on the edges and could need some fixes to be honest. But all of this didn’t bothered us I just complain at the absolute highest level. 😁 Nobody is perfect.
