It's a beautiful and peaceful place to relax. The beach is just a few meters away, with soft sand and soothing atmosphere. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The check-in process took some time and wasn’t as smooth as expected — I had to call the butler couple of times which was a bit frustrating. There was also some confusion during the airport pickup, which caused a delay while things were being clarified. Additionally, there aren’t many dining options nearby, and the city is about 30–40 minutes away. For families who plan to cook, it’s a great setup. Otherwise, you’ll likely need to rely on Grab Food or the nearby seafood restaurants for your meal

Ruby, the butler there, was a great person. She helped us from A to Z. The villa was big and clean, very well managed. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Vietnam rice noodle suop, local foods, seasons fruits, westernfoods and specially BREAD.. super fine...(breakfast wasn't included). Wonderful view. Nice staff. I would come back here

The location is a bit away from shops or a village, so you have to take a taxi if you want to buy something. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended 👌 👍

One of the thing that can easily realized that is the euthuasiasm of the staff when they always offer a help to my problems. The food is delicious, especially more tasty when eating in front of the sea in the morning

The villa was clean, and near the ocean. The view from the villa was beautiful, and there were a lot of facilities available. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Villa was excellent size, and had all the comforts, quite luxurious! Loved having our own plunge pool, large fridge, freezer & washing machine, and bathrooms for every bedroom. Fresh towels daily, housekeeping every 2nd day. We travelled with another family and they got up neighbouring villas as requested.

Cash was required for all transactions at restaurant, room service, but no facilities to take cash out. Seascape are 3rd party rental managers of privately owned villas within the Wyndham Gardens Resort complex. The Butler service was slightly frustrating, mostly due to communication via WhatsApp messages that perhaps were not translated to & from English very well. 40mins via Taxi/grab to nha trang at approx $18 AUD each way for car. Quite a lot of rubbish at the beach which is just raked into the sand by a tractor as the tide goes out each day. Pool was heavily chlorinated but salt water as advertised on flyer. Food & drinks were expensive onsite, limited appliances available in large kitchen to allow self catering, there is no other nearby restaurant unless you get a 5-10min car ride.

The staff! They truly listen, make you feel valued, and go above and beyond to meet your needs. They made the stay very enjoyable. Especially Thu Hien, the kind young lady from the Kids/entertainment room. My kids love her. She was very sweet, helpfull and funny. Really such an amazing and lovely person. The resort had some great highlights for families. The kids’ corner was cozy, with plenty of activities and a fun playground that our kids absolutely loved. The beach was stunning, with soft white sand perfect for relaxing. The pool was also a hit, especially with the snow/foam cannon, which added so much fun for the kids.

Our stay at the villa was extremely disappointing and stressful. We encountered cockroaches multiple times, including five in one night, some of which were almost crawling onto the bed. One was even on the headboard, leaving the kids terrified and unwilling to stay in the villa. We removed them ourselves at 2 AM. Despite complaining, the butler could only offer a 10% discount on a future stay or a taxi ride, neither of which felt adequate. We won’t use the discount because we won’t return. The butler did give us a fruit basket as an apology, but it didn’t make up for the distress. While having a personal butler was a nice touch, responses were sometimes slow, which was frustrating. Additionally, the limited restaurant options made dining less enjoyable. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and we cannot recommend it.
