When I first wanted to visit Nha Trang, the place I wanted to visit the most was this Alma resort, and it was a time to fully satisfy that expectation. I stayed for total 4 days, and the female receptionist who welcomed us at the first check-in was very friendly and kind, and I'm very sad that I didn't see her name at that time. Thank you so much. The view of the resort that I enjoyed from the high-floor of the tower for the first two days was really nice and wonderful, and also I liked the condition of the room. There were so many swimming pools that even if there were many guests, it was not crowded except for the main (beach) pool, and most of the staff were kind. La Casa and Atlantis, restaurants in the resort, were really good, and the Alma Mart in the resort also made it easy to buy some snacks and drinks. I'll continue to write the review of the other two days:)

The resort is quite spacious, so it would be nice if information about the location of Buggy Station or restaurant events could be better guided:)

The facilities and grounds were amazing. The multiple pools and water park provided lots of activities for our child. Kids club and other activities were great. Spa and massage were heavenly, and the extra effort to accommodate children in the room made it all workable. Mostly we loved the staff, who were extremely helpful and caring (especially Ms Pham who made an extra effort, thank you!).

The food options were generally high in quality and variety. There could be more vegetarian options, or more flexibility in the menus, though the staff usually did everything they could to accommodate.

This is first time we stayed in Cam Ranh, Vietnam. It’s so surprised such beautiful ocean, if you visited Destin Florida and Honolulu Hawaii, this place mixed of two. The resort is huge and well maintained, all pools are overflowing pool, they’re clean not smell chlorine at all, plenty of water pressure in our room. We stayed in villa private pool, the room is large, clean, nice bedroom. There are a lot kid activities and kid play areas.The breakfast is excellent, many choice. You should try Italian and Atlantic restaurant. Staffs are very friendly and good service. Special Thanks to Mr Thai director of Rooms who upgraded our room to ocean front, Mr Tu F&B manager who provides excellent customer needs, and Mrs Emmy Nguyen front desk customer resort activity, who coordinated our outside activity. We’re enjoyed our stay and sure we’ll be back and we would stay longer next time.

Beautiful grounds and staff were friendly

Towel quality was very low for a 5 star hotel. They were thin and worn. Waterpark should provide free towels to guests. Very strict policy on outside food.

Everything. Incredible breakfast at La Casa. Fabulous staff. A special mention to Thai (Thi) in the VIP lounge, so kind and accommodating and hugely professional. This is hospitality at its finest. Gardens and planting are absolutely fabulous. We were upgraded to a villa with pool on the beach. 12 pools which were never too busy. One of the cleanest and nicest beaches in vietnam (Im a beach snob as I live in Cornwall). Super comfy and hugely spacious villas. Per lux. Relaxed atmosphere and quality furnishing.

Italian dinner wasnt great. I dont think they have got that quite right.

The resort itself is beautiful set on a gorgeous beach with many cascading pools to choose from in the beautifully manicured grounds. The villa was beautiful and massive. Our children loved the kids club and particularly Koep, Kim and Gee who were so attentive and friendly. The food at La Casa was amazing and the treatments and service at the day spa fantastic.

What let us down was the lack of assistance and information about activities outside of the resort. There was a noticeable focus on keeping guests on site for everything, whereas other resorts in the area have a free shuttle bus service into Nha Trang and tour information desks. We also felt like the lobby area was so busy we were not greeted when we came or left, for example when we arrived we had to actively find someone to take our bags. It is a minor thing but for a 5 star resort the room and pool towels were paper thin and poor quality.

The resort was lovely, clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food at each of the restaurants was outstanding with plenty of choice. Any issues we had were solved very quickly. The kids club was great, choice of pools great and the water park was awesome. Our kids loved the wave pool! Buggys to get around the large resort was very handy.

We travelled in January which is a bit cooler for Vietnam, none of the pools were heated (this is a Vietnam thing i think, not just this resort) so time in the pool and water park was limited because the kids were too cold.

The Alma was fantastic! Our beach side room was beautiful, with rooms attended to every day. The buffet breakfast was the kids favourite, but the adults loved La Casa for breakfast every day. The kids also enjoyed the kids club, youth club and water park. The pool bar was everyone’s favourite and it was great to have a kids pool so close to the restaurant, bar and amenities. The carts were a great way to get around in the heat, and the staff were very professional and courteous.

The property was exceptional and there was nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

We had a memorable and excellent time here at Alma resort enjoying the venue, beach, pools, choice of food and amazing kind hearted staff. We had the opportunity to stay both in an apartment style accommodation and also in our 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. Both were of very high standards, clean and comfortable. If you can though the villa is the best and very special. Special, Memorable, Unique, Clean high standard resort with a personal touch where everyone seems to know your name. Book your own villa with a pool if you can. Watch sunrise from your bedroom. Apartment is nice too with beautiful views. Daily yoga, massages and gym available. Plenty of activities for families with young children and if you have older kids lots to do too. You have spaces for both public and private spots all in the same resort. Located right at a beach front with white sandy beaches. Lovely for a swim in the sea and beach walks. Very easy access, only 15min from airport. Highly recommend Alma resortfor a unforgettable Vietnamese holiday.

The apartment and location by the beach, the facillties, the resort as total, the different restaurants, all the pools, the beach, very family friendly, comfortable beds and large showers:)

Great, but not superb service, not the superb 5star feeling we have had other places (towels, curtains, service, food, housekeeping, details), some language (english) difficulties.
