Amazing Stay at Aquamarine Beachfront resort and spa– Highly Recommend! We had the pleasure of staying at Aquamarine resort from Mar 25 to Apr 2, rooms 1105, 1103 and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept like a baby every night. The hotel offers a variety of excellent dining options, and the food was absolutely delicious. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dishes were always fresh and flavorful. The restaurant staff were attentive, making each meal a memorable experience. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Once again we would like to thank Manager, Doctor and all staff for their great help! Overall, we had an incredible experience, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Our family of four (with two very young ones) had an amazing time at Aquamarine Resort Hotel for our weeklong stay. Everything we needed was right there - the perfect all-inclusive escape that kept our boys very happy & busy between the pools, slides, splash pad, beach, playground, indoor kids play area, and the incredible array of desserts at the buffet ;) We stayed in a suite with a beautiful view. It seems like the resort is still growing with a few unfinished areas, but we’re already talking about another stay in the future 😊 +Incredible value +Awesome kid-friendly facilities +Right on the beach +Good food with a great variety +Room was very clean & spacious with a wonderful view +Helpful and attentive staff -Pools close early (6pm) -Isolated location (we didn’t take it, but there is a shuttle offered to the city center) -No other dining options besides the buffet -It would have been nice to have more storage furniture (such as shelving or a dresser) for longer stays -More shaded areas outside would be great, especially for kids

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for a week, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism, but it was Ms. Nhi at the reception who truly made my stay memorable. I was fortunate enough to stay during my birthday, and Ms. Nhi went above and beyond to make sure I felt special. She not only greeted me with a cheerful smile every day, but also took the time to make personal touches that truly elevated my experience. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine care were evident from the moment I checked in. She even surprised me with a small birthday gesture, which made my day all the more memorable. It’s rare to come across someone who demonstrates such outstanding customer service and truly cares about making their guests’ experiences unforgettable. Ms. Nhi is a true asset to this hotel, and I believe her exceptional service deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Ms. Nhi, for going above and beyond to make my birthday so special. If you are wanting somewhere to relax and wind down a little, This is perfect. Only 25mins from Nha Trang Town. There was a free shuttle available daily that would take you in late morning, then pick you up at 4pm, for the days you wanted to shop or explore more. We had breakfast and dinner included in the package, great value with a lot of variety in foods. The pool areas were great as was the garden surrounds.

The weekend was very busy and a little noisy in the dinning area. With money exchange you could only use American dollars or have the local currency. It would have been better if the pool closest to the beach and a little deeper would be for adults only, had a couple of occasions to pull a child out of its depth from the pool. The other two pools were more suitable for children with a lot of play options.

We loved the fact the hotel was so new. There was so much space to see & do things. The hotel provided a free shuttle service everyday into town, being first timers travelling in Vietnam we made the right choice of this resort and being just out of town. Made us feel very relaxing but were also at arms length to go into town. Also good tip to know, we walked down the front of the hotel to get the shuttle to Vinwonders. Very handy & convenient. The staff were very helpful, even it at times it was difficult language barrier, we were always able to translate what we needed. Yes the hotel is very new and some things weren’t open to its full capacity, but that didn’t bother us at all. We were looking at the resort itself and what we needed in general to have a great time. We stayed for 5 nights, and look forward to coming back again. We had the full board included in our package and highly recommend this, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner all included. If you felt like something different you can always order off the al a carte menu. Great value for money.

We can see the hotel is still needing some furniture on some balconies but isn’t a deal breaker. I would recommend a wet towel upon arriving to add a little touch.

Overall this was fantastic value for money, we had an end room which was cavernous. There were a few flaws however, and as a positive suggestion I would recommend that a senior manager stay in the room for a night or two to see for themselves, however some examples of improvement required are:- Absolutely nowhere in the shower to put the soap, shampoo etc but the floor. The same for the large bath, which is very deep, so impractical to put soap etc onto the floor. The flat tap ledge is not suitable. If you want to use the kettle, it's in a great spot, but no plug socket near, you need to place the kettle on the floor away from the drink area. The instructions for the safe are incorrect, we needed two revisits and 2 new safes before it was resolved. No cushions in the room or balcony which are really needed if the balcony is to be used. All basic simple to resolve but important. We must leave with a positive mention for front of house reception area Hai. We called him The Fixer. He was superb. Needs recognition please.

Some of the staff were a bit abrupt in their responses and could do with additional training. A big niggle was the price of a Cappuccino- we bought two from the lobby area and the guy charged us 180,000 dong. This was the most expensive Cappuccino during our 5 weeks in Vietnam.

Beautifully kept. Very private during midweek

Everything is great, it’s new, well designed, it’s great for families with kids, big territory, good beach and the main thing, it was really a few people from Monday to Friday, but in weekend it’s very crowded, a lot of locals comes just for 2 days, but they are so noisy, no seats in the restaurant, so it’s great all days except weekends 😄

I stayed in a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good and dinner is great. Personnel is very enthusiastic. Location is by the white beach with green mountains as background.

The resort is still under construction in some places. Gym is too small and not well equipped for a 5 star resort. Some garbage on the beach, especially lots of it between the resorts.

I had a memorable dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The menu was diverse, blending local and international cuisine, which left me satisfied from appetizers to dessert. The dishes were beautifully presented and tasted absolutely amazing. The restaurant’s ambiance was luxurious and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. This is definitely one of the highlights that makes me want to return to this hotel.
