The location was stunning, staff were helpful and friendly.

There was no staff in the pool bar the whole time we stayed. We thought this was a bit of fake advertising as we loved the fact that there would be a pool bar at our hotel. (this was obviously just for looks) We also did get bleach stains on our laundry which wasn't the greatest, but the reception took the laundry bill off our full bill.

Ana Mandara Cam Ranh is a well-designed, laid-back, medium-scale resort - exactly what we were looking for. Getting upgraded to a suite with pool and sea view was a pleasant surprise! The suite is beautiful and has all the amenities for the needs of our family of 3 generations. The staffs were all lovely and attentive which completed the whole experience. We highly recommend Ana Mandara and would love to stay here again if we come back to the region.

Dining options are rather limited. This didn't bother us as we had a short stay but a bit more variety would be great.

If you looking for somewhere quiet to relax, then Ana Mandara is your happy place. Right on the beach, plenty of pool loungers available both by the beach and pool. Water quality in the pool is very good. Everything everywhere spotless. We have a deluxe beach view room B402 and it was nice and big with a separate lounge which was very comfortable. The fruit bowl was a bonus as was the plate knife and fork to eat it with. Bed and pillows very comfortable and large shower. We tried all the restaurants and faultless, especially the choice at breakfast and the added cheese room an unexpected and much used surprise. Staff very friendly, and exceptional service. (a big high five to Cindy for friendliness). I give this hotel 10/10, could not fault

Nil - absolutely nothing

Nice green boutique beach resort with beautiful gardens and landscaping and some real authentic local charm. Friendly, well-trained staff and interesting design and architecture too!

The gardening and landscaping is generally very nice, except around the main pool area where there is a lack of shade and virtually no trees at all. There are plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathers, but a real lack of options if you are looking for a shady refuge.

It is a smallish intimate resort that has great access to the beach and great pool and dining facilities. Everything was understated and elegant. We walked the entire stretch of beach and Ana Mandara is definitely the best resort on the beach. The food was excellent and the breakfast was too. The staff were attentive. We were given great care by Mai Lan. The rooms were large and well appointed and tastefully decorated. Thanks Mai Lan for taking good care of us.

Loved the swimming pool, the room and bathroom were very spacious.

No access to food or drinks at the pool until 11am., cant even get water or a coconut to drink by the pool until that time, very annoying on hot mornings. The lights in our room didn’t turn off. We were all in bed in our pyjamas and there was 2 maintenance workers in our bedroom trying to figure out the issue and fix the light switch so that we could turn the lights off and sleep. They were going to try to cover the light with plastic but they ended up getting it sorted. Also, no where to hang towels, our bathroom was huge but not even 1 towel hook or rack. There was a note in the room saying to hang towels on the wooden ladder in bathroom but our bathroom didn’t have one.

From the moment we checked in we felt looked after and able to relax. The room was beautiful, lots of space, great view, comfy bed, and great amenities. The staff are all so helpful too, especially the breakfast team! Breakfast had a great selection of hot food, noodle soups and banh mi. We had dinner on the last night in the Ana Sand House- would highly recommend the clay pot fish!

The fruit selection at breakfast was a little disappointing, some bananas, mango or dragon fruit would have been nice.

All of the staff is incredibly kind and respectful. The manager is beyond generous and went out of her way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We especially liked the spa massage, which was by far the best massage I've received even compared to other spas at 5 star resorts. Our personal highlight was the private dinner at our pool villa, which is an extra service you can book. It was a birthday surprise for me and was truly an amazing experience which Ana Mandara hosted expertly.

Sadly, the waves were too big to swim in the sea, so make sure to go in the right season if you want to swim (or during these months go very early between 5-7AM). However, you can always enjoy the wonderful pool area with the sea view.

I do fancy the atmosphere here, full of green trees, big outdoor swimming pool and an exquisite private beach. The staff and managers served us so well, they were supportive and kind.
