love all of the staff there. They were always so helpful and gracious. Always have a smile on their faces. The Tuk Tuk is ALWAYS available and on time or early. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Here are 3 things I would suggest correcting in the villa: 1. Dinner meal options needs to be better. The food and quality of choices, need to match with the breakfast choices. Most of the time we go to dine, the food seems old and not tasty. 2. Washer/Dryer- as a family with 3 kids, it's important that we have access to a laundry room. This was really disappointing. The good news was, your staff was willing to help us find a local laundry place that was able to pick up, wash/dry our clothes for dirt cheap and best part, same day service! 3. Plug-ins. My curling iron couldn't plug into the sockets....any sockets. So I couldn't do my hair during my 7 nights stay.

Sea: it is what we came for. The sea is clean and relaxing. Long beach with a beautiful sand. Hotel territory is clean, well maintained, green. Mango fruits are falling from the trees. The people who work there are dedicated to make your stay as relaxing as possible: from reception to tuktuk drivers. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is clear that villas are also continuously maintained, with no major issues. We had breakfast only and it was pretty good! There are lots of options to choose from even for picky kids. The hotel is right on the beach (as most hotels in Can Ranh), so there is no road to cross or anything (like almost any hotel in Nha Trang).

The food in the cape noa restaurant (the one near the beach) is not good and expensive. At the same time the food that you order to the villa through the room service is pretty good. Not sure where is it coming from) There are no restaurants or cafes in a walking distance, so if you have breakfast only (as we did) you have few options: 1. Grab or other delivery service (we tried a few restaurants and were not disappointed) 2. 5-10 minutes taxi drive to some restaurant nearby. Most cafes also offer the pickup service for free.

Amazing resort! A little far from any other restaurants or food stalls. The food in the resort is decently priced and they have a decent variety. The resort has a little kids area that was a great perk! They have a few workers there that are so sweet and play with the kids. They have a nice main pool, a nice gym, nice bar at the beach and main building and a 5 Star Spa! They have a shuttle service around the resort since it’s pretty big. You can still walk around though. They also have buffets! Oh, and their pizza was delicious!

The only thing I found inconvenient was that the pots and pans were not readily available for us to use. There is a whole process to request pots and pans in case you wanted to reheat food or cook something.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh — everything exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. The resort is beautifully designed, with spacious, elegant villas and immaculate grounds that offer both privacy and tranquility. Special thanks to its manager Antonin, a person of special character and wisdom, care and expertise for his professionalism and kindness throughout our stay. He made our stay very special!!! Thank you! The beach is pristine and peaceful, with soft white sand and clear water. The pools are stunning and well-maintained, and the food across all restaurants was delicious with a great variety to suit all tastes. A bit Asian style, but still good even European dishes. Breakfast was particularly impressive — abundant, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway or a luxurious base to explore the region, Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh delivers on every level. We left feeling refreshed and very well cared for. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-tier holiday experience in Vietnam.

All was perfect

The location was great on the sandy beach, the sea was always calm and the sea water was cool although I'd prefer the warmer sea water in Da Nang. The resort itself was green and beautiful with different flowering shrubs and plants, the villa was comfortable to stay in. The small gym was spotlessly clean with good working and modern equipment. The sauna and jacuzzi were excellent. Staff was overall friendly and helpful.

Some malfunctioned items like the lock on the sliding glass door upstairs was very difficult to lock securely and the cable TV unit in the living room does not respond to the remote control possibly because the batteries were low on charge.

The resort is a little far from the city, but for those who come to relax, the place is amazing and has everything The place is simply a paradise for vacationers

Hot water is enough for one person, after that you have to wait until there is hot water again We took half board, the dinners were very disappointing, suitable mainly for those who like the local food

A very beautiful place with wonderful staff. The pools are exceptionally clean, and the grounds are well-maintained. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. We were given a house with three bedrooms — the upper floors were just closed off. The house was a bit worn, but very clean and charming. Housekeeping came every day.

On the downside, they provide very little drinking water — it would be great to have a large bottle available. Also, there’s no kitchenware at all, not even forks or spoons, though since we had meals included, it wasn’t a big issue.

Highly recommend Melia, I would give it more than five stars if I could. Service, cleanliness and facilities were amazing! Service exceeded expectations, for example, I needed four pairs of shoes cleaned and Tuan went out of his way to organise this for us with total care and efficiency, thank you Tuan! The kids club was lovely, clean and with indoor and outdoor sections. I’m not sure of the female worker there who was pregnant, she was lovely and gentle with our kids. Viet, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to showing understanding to resolve a free shuttle issue with great empathy, professionalism and kindness. Thank you Viet. We will definitely come back!

The upkeep of the grounds and facilities, including the villa and gardens, is commendable. The management team demonstrates a high level of efficiency and responsiveness in addressing guest requests. Additionally, the beach offers a private and serene retreat, providing a tranquil atmosphere with limited crowds.

The language barrier presents a challenge, as a limited number of staff members possess fluency in English, despite their genuine efforts to communicate. Additionally, the breakfast buffet could be enhanced by incorporating a wider variety of international options, as the current selection predominantly features Vietnamese cuisine. Although delicious, this limited selection may become repetitive. Offering a broader range of choices, particularly international dishes, would elevate the dining experience for guests from diverse backgrounds.

All the staff are extremly friendly and ready to provide help anywhere anytime. The Villa and Interiors are excellent except one unhappy thing in facility. The hot water supply interrupted 10 minutes after the begin of my shower. I finished quickly the remaining of my shower in cold water as i could. By the way, there was a exclusive swimming pool belong to our villa, the water was clean. But there was only one light under water in Funtion, compared to my neighbor's Villa with all three lights under water.
