The views were amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The free shuttle bus service they had for customers to go into town.

It is very far from the centre of da lat and getting a grab is difficult. The rooms let in a lot of noise and are not soundproof. I was woken up by staff and hotel guests at 4am, 5am and 7am. This was however dealt with very quickly by the staff at the front desk and they kindly moved us rooms - an upgraded room at no extra cost :) Some of the surrounding areas looked a little dated.

Polite and very attentive staff, especially I want to highlight the driver - Mr. Hung, speaks many languages, told us about the places that you definitely need to visit in Dalat) and overall a very good person! The room has a beautiful view of the river, has all the amenities. The breakfast is just wonderful, a huge buffet, the food is very tasty and varied. I also celebrated my birthday, the staff congratulated me and gave me a cake) I recommend this place to visit!

The resort was beautiful and I enjoyed walking around every morning. The breakfast was great too as there was so much variety of food. All staff members were very kind and helpful especially Truc (receptionist) and Phi (driver).

First room we got had a strong smell of water seepage and so we changed our room the next day. The second room we were in had no exhaust fan in the toilet.

The staff was good, especially Truc, who catered to our needs. The location is perfect to spend all day at the resort and relax.

Transportation can be hectic as it's a bit far from city and grab car doesn't always accept the trip from the resort. But the staff is good to arrange for the taxi and also have fixed timing shuttle buses to and from the city

We stayed just before the holidays and enjoyed more peace from the influx of guests that followed. A big thanks to Anna from the reception who went far & beyond to accommodate our requests.

Took maintenance a while to fix our bar/fridge, take away snacks ended up going bad.

The view and scenery were fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Hà at the reception.

The location is far from Central of Da Lat, and the place have no taxi stand. Should learn from Terracota where they have Mai Linh taxi stand, so convenient and a good selling point!

The view is amazing Facilities with classic style Specially staff service at Front Desk was professional, friendly: Ms Quynh Nhu, Thanh Truc, Tu Anh, Thu Ha Bugee driver which is Mr Cuong and Mr Vu was friendly and helpful also

The gym didnt have enough and modern equipment

Resort is nearby Tuyen Lam Lake, so the air is really fresh. And all the staff is extremely friendly and take good are of guests, especially Ms. Thu Ha.

It takes time to have hot water. And they only have bathtub and don't have cubicle, makes inconvenient someway

The resort and the surrounding nature are clean and peaceful. The staff was smiling and always helpful. Dien Cuong and Xuan Quynh always gave us good advice and helped us.

The place is truly wonderful. We got upgraded to a premium room with a perfect lake view. The staff were all commendable, especially Truc (Anna).

The smell of the beddings and pillows should be improved.
