Our recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the architecture and the stunning lakeside location surrounded by pine trees were truly impressive, the service left much to be desired. ### Pros: 1. **Beautiful Architecture:** The hotel's design is aesthetically pleasing and well thought out. 2. **Scenic Location:** The hotel is situated by a picturesque lake, offering serene views and a tranquil environment. ### Cons: 1. **Poor Service:** The staff seemed indifferent and at times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience to them. 2. **Terrible Buggy Service:** The buggy service was the worst I've encountered in Vietnam. Waiting times ranged from 10-15 minutes, and sometimes the buggies didn't arrive at all. 3. **Unavailable Activities:** The advertised activities such as archery, boating, and fishing were not operational. We were told that the boats were fully booked, yet we spent an hour by the dock and saw no one using them. In conclusion, while the hotel has a lot of potential with its beautiful setting and architecture, the poor service and lack of available activities greatly detracted from our experience. Improvements in these areas could make this hotel a top-notch destination.

The environment is perfect for a quiet retreat. The location of the resort is right by the lake but be sure to book rooms with lake views. The room has crisp linen and very comfortable bed. Customer service was exceptional, with requests attended to within seconds. The breakfast offering had variety and the set menus offered an easy way of enjoying a mini buffet at reasonable cost. The resort has several recreational activities, which are fun if you come as a group.

Very peaceful setting next to the lake, free return shuttle bus in to town 3 times per day (or 15-20 minutes by taxi in to town for about £5), complimentary afternoon tea, lots of hotel activities if you have time (we stayed 2 nights, but could have stayed an extra night to use the hotel tennis courts, kayaking, electric boat ride, fishing, etc). Although the hotel was built in 2011 it's got a nice period style & furnishings.

The indoor pool was cold water, I don't think that's clear in the description.

Tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Our family having a suit with the lake views, the suit is spacious & comfortable and we absolutely love it. There is children place area which my 18 months toddler enjoyed ( even though we think it needs a-bit of an upgrade) Staff is so friendly and helpful. Another plus with the food so delicious from breakfast (offers around the region specialty), lunch & dinner with nice family dishes like chicken hotpot and the award winning is the coconut ice cream We're all in for next time!!!

There's isn't anything that we disliked besides recommending the resort to offers more frequent shuttle bus service to town.

The whole aesthetic of the hotel was peaceful, grand and serene. It have well manicured gardens filled with assorted flowers that are photo worthy. The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of local and western food. Coffee is made upon order and it was delicious! The staff were all friendly and helpful with any of our request.

The location of this hotel is certainly not easy to get to. The roads leading there can be dark and tad bit dangerous for tourist to drive to. It is located bit far from central so the travel out for food and other things can be a bit of a hassle without a car.

Comfortable junior suite , good view and fire place surrounding and cool weather! Breakfast was excellant with good choices and spread Restaurant serve good portion of food.There are few dishes that is so good. Like the prawn porridge n stir fry mustard Free 3 times scheduled shuttle to town and lake Buggy ride to your room.Massive land good for strolling and exercises. Kayak , Swan peddle, archery one complimentary activity. Greenary n flowers surounding with sight of deers and peacocks very close to nature.

Expected of 5☆ Could have more entertainment like a music lounge or activities. Spa atmospheres could have been more like spa with light music and aroma smell.

The place stay inside the pine trees forest, fresh and very quiet, many groups of guests, very crowded but people very polite and gentle, no messing, receptionist organized well for everyone to check in and out.

Bed sheet and pillows smelly, they have not changed new one, smelly, we tried to use but can not stand its smell then I have called to ask for pillows cover changed at 23:00. The bathtub still have dirt and hair left. I have cleaned myse before used. Anyway the bed and bathtub look clean but it’s not clean at all.

*Scenic landscaping and tranquil hidden place to get away from urban air *Caring and helpful onsite staff *This is a large place, but good thing is they have 24/7 electric suttle car to take you around within the resort. Just a call and they will come to your room. *Love the daily suttle van taking us back and forth between the resort and city area *Restaurant menu is not too fastastic but covers most of the must-try local dishes in Da Lat.

* Should be consistent in booking info commited. I booked a double bed for a family of 2 adult and a 3-yr toddler, appeared to stay in twin bed room instead. Asked for rearrangement and some guys showed up to move these two bed closer together, which caused my back-ache due to the uneven bed surface at the middle area where two bed met. * this is not something I don't like but something you should be aware that the resort sits deep in the Tuyen Lam Lake area, which is very far away from city center (took us 30 mins to drive). But it perfectly fits our expectation to stay in such remote area. * room facility is a bit aged but in good condition. No complaint.

Great location on the lake surrounded by forest. Very nice spa and pool. Awesome breakfast and restaurant. Also a good activity for kayaking.

A swimming pool would be good if a little heated and spa bath heated annex full to bed able to use.

This is a great place for retreat and nature. Located at 1500 m above the sea level and has super comfy climate. The territory is great and lovely staff. Breakfast was ok, not the best for 5 stars, but we found something to eat. Planning to come back one day!

WiFi sometimes was unavailable, but manageable. The rest is great!
