We travelled here for our honeymoon and had the best time. We did karaoke, room service, swimming, spa, dinning, and even booked tours through them. We loved our stay and wished we could have been there longer! I strongly urge you to consider this property before you head into central Dalat - it really was an amazing stay.

The main pool had a lot of dirt, leaves and dead insects floating in it. The staff worked hard to keep it clean, but being outside in nature, it was a tough battle. The inside pool smelled strongly like mildew, so we didn't use that. Only other drawback is that the location is remote - that means if you don't drive there, you need to take a taxi or Grab, and sometimes you could be waiting for some time. However, it's remoteness is also part of its charm as it's very peaceful.

It’s a beautiful property, secluded in the middle of the mountains with gorgeous views. The rooms are well equipped, you could spend your entire stay there. There is also plenty of unique activities (karting and zip lining) available within a 20 min car ride. I strongly recommend this property. One of my best finds in Vietnam.

I wish the hotel assisted us with sorting transportation to reach the property as the road at night is dangerous and not well lit.

Location of the hotel is a peaceful oasis, so much so that greenery and fresh air. The room was large and very comfortable. One day it rained and we spent most of the day in the room, and it was just very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of delicious food for both western and eastern pallets. We also enjoyed the gym, and the staff was super friendly.

The view - surrounded by mountains, trees, and golf course - was wonderful. It was easy to drive into town as well. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Having our choice of indoor or outdoor pool was great too. Overall a wonderful vacation.

We were happy to see that there was a children's play area, but it was much smaller and less resourced than expected.

It’s quite far from the city because of its picturesque location, so getting taxi & visiting the favorite spots was a task. Availing the resort taxi service was the best decision.

Scenery and material quality: The hotel’s design is also immaculate that fits well into the scenery and would immediately gives you a cozy, luxurious feeling. The materials you find in the hallway, in the rooms, from the door to the bathroom kits and facility, are all of high quality that make you question their affordable price range. The thickness of the door and the sound deadening materials being used in the structure work wonder in isolating unwanted noises from entering your room. Wherever you venture to in the hotel, from the main dining room to the lobby, you will be amazed with the combination between the hotel’s classic design and the greatness of nature, and there are plenty of spots for you to take picture or just relax. Staff quality: Swiss-belresort has so many excellent qualities, but perhaps their brightest area lies in the staff and service. The staff of the hotel are always very professional and polite, and they will truly listen to your smallest request and try their best to fulfill it. From the kitchen staff to the receptionists as well as the maids and janitors who are responsible for the room service and hotel maintenance, they all give you a great sense of top-notched service and a level of caring that not many 5-star hotels can provide. If you have a chance like me to sit down with a manager, you will be amazed to learn of how much work and effort went into the training and service, it demonstrates their dedication and determination in providing you the best experience during your stay. For instance, the hotel staff are always willing to introduce you to the best restaurants in town or attractions. More impressively, the service you receive does not stops there but also extend beyond as the hotel was extremely helpful in calling ahead and providing assistance, arrangements for my next destination in my cross-region traveling.

there was nothing that inconvenienced me during my stay. Many might find it geographically challenging as the hotel is located pretty far away from downtown Da lat but the free shuttle bus service can solve that issue.

Quite far from place of interest. Shuttle bus doesn't run regularly. On Sat there are either karaoke/live performances until 9-10PM which is quite noisy.

Beautiful views from the golf view rooms, a really peaceful place to relax. It is set out in the pine forested hills and far from Dalat city. Perfect if you want peace, not so much if you like to wander around the town. However there is a free shuttle bus.

The shuttle bus timings could be a little spaced apart in the evening to allow sufficient time to go to a restaurant.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view. But don't be fooled by the photographs - there is no territory at all. Beautiful green fields are the territory of a golf resort. And you can't walk there
