Terracotta Spent a wonderful 3D/2N at Terracotta. It is a great staycation place for those who are looking good scenery and far from busy bustling city. A great place for family retreat. Shared few things that we found about this resort. 1. Shuttle & Tour: They provided a free shuttle to dalat center (thrice a day) & you just need to book in advance. They also offers few option for Dalat tours. But we took private tour since we want to cater several places (contact: Nguyen +84936053979 - very recommended). 2. Language: Most of the staff is very attentive but they only speak very basic English. So just use the google translate to communicate better. They also accommodate our request to pack breakfast @4AM since we’re going for cloud hunting. 3. Food: This might be a challenge who doesn’t love chinese food/Vietnamese. Even though they serve western food but the taste is localised. So why not give a chance to endeavour local/chinese food here. They serve a generous portion of Chinese food. 4. Room: we booked 2 single beds for 2 adults and just need to inform during check-in if there is additional kids. The noise at night time might be a challenge during peak period since they room is using natural ventilation (open the window) so the noise can be easily to be heard. 5. Others: You can create more quality time by enjoying brisk walking around the vicinity, spa, gym, kids playroom, and tennis court. If you ran out of VND, not to worry, you can exchange it at the receptionist. They are using Vietcombank rate. Generally the resort is a very well planned and have a good service. Hope they can keep improving their service, especially in food qualities to meet international hotel standard.

We had a generally positive experience staying here. The atmosphere is tranquil with a big, beautiful garden full of flowers and a lake that adds to the charm. The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive and even delivered an item we left behind after checkout. One of the highlights was the shuttle bus service to the city center. It runs three times a day and the driver was super helpful with tips on where to eat and shop. The breakfast buffet was good, although it’s best to go early as some items, like fruit, take time to be refilled. My child really enjoyed the matcha ice cream!

The only downsides were the dim lighting at the pool in the evening and the slow internet connection, including the TV. Despite these minor issues, it’s a fantastic place to relax if you enjoy peace and quiet.

The location was quiet and well maintained. I really liked the open air hallways and how fresh and breezy the space was. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped us get a taxi into the city multiple times, and were there when we needed them.

My biggest complaint has to be the lack of air conditioning in the room. It was often significantly warmer inside the room than outside, and despite having a few fans, we couldn't seem to get the cool air into the room. Perhaps window mounted fans would help? The food at the breakfast buffet was okay, but nothing super special. While there was a decent selection, some of the pastries tasted stale and some of the food was cold.

Breakfast was abundant with plenty of food and choices. Yet, food is almost the same for the 3 days during our stay. Rooms are clean. Location is excellent with just 20 minutes away to the night market by shuttle bus. We went to night market for diner every day.

The room door and windows are not sound proof. The noise from other guests in the corridor is somehow too much. We are on 1st floor and we can hear voices from others in the front garden as well.

This is a perfect place to enjoy mother nature amidst tranquillity and the beauty of Tuyen Lam Lake. I only stayed 1 night which is a mistake. I shpuld have stayed 2 nights; of which I will spend one full day just chilling by the picturesque lake views the resort offers. Beautifully situated on a pine forest hill by Tuyen Lam Lake. Perfect for unwinding. Our premium King was well appointed and had a nice lake view. The room did not have air-conditioning but it was fine for the time we stayed in December as the weather was cool. Just wondering how it would be if the weather is hot. Breakfast was good and had lots of varieties.

Lavish park around the hotel with lawns and flowers everywhere, mesmerizing views on the lake and mountains from the top of the hill; very clean room; helpful and welcoming staff, various breakfast options.

Peaceful location amongst the pine trees, great little gym and indoor swimming pool available for use, as well as some table tennis tables and billiards. The buffet breakfast was great!

A 10-15 minute drive into the town centre which meant we kept getting Grab's. The free hotel shuttle bus was good but had limited departure times.

This is a quiet and relaxing retreat from the traffic of town. Lovely gardens on the lake to walk around. We had the double king room which was huge and private but not right on the lakefront like the villas are. We liked our room though. Indoor pool nice for some exercise, well fitted out gym and spa for facials and massages . Breakfast is huge and the restaurant was fine . Obviously food a little more expensive but not exceedingly. Staff very helpful and they offer free shuttle into Dalat 3 times daily and tours. I recommend if you want to be out of the centre .

Very spacious which is great for a big group. The rooms are huge which make us feel comfortable. The staffs welcomed our family kindly and willing to assist whenever we needed.

I wish they can fill some more funiture in the common room so the space looks warmer
