The view of the room was beautiful and very serene. We loved it. The morning sunrise was just lovely. Comfortable bed and room. We also didn’t know that breakfast was provided until we saw other people being served on the terrace.

There was very little information on arrival. Ie, we didn’t know if the hotel could arrange dinner so we went for a walk, and ended up having the noodle cups that had been provided in our rooms. The room manual provided was out of date and not very helpful. It turns out they can arrange dinner. The out side eating areas were lovely, but the tables could have done with a wipe down etc.

I had a pretty good experience here at Romeo Juliet Dalat. Compared to the general average, the price of Romeo and Juliet with lake view is sometimes only half of other hotels in the Tuyen Lam lake area that I have stayed in, but the room has a very beautiful view, looking straight to Tuyen Lam lake - The bathroom is super big and has a large mirror - The mattress is very soft, the blanket is warm and comfortable - The landscape is very beautiful and tranquil - The hotel has a small number of rooms, so serving breakfast in the form of choosing between pan bread or a drink I think is reasonable. I discussed with the manager, if everyone goes in a large group. , you can ask them to make a breakfast buffet.

I have just stayed at Romeo & Juliet for 2 nights and was absolutely blown away by the experience. Even though I arrived late at midnight, I was greeted with warm smile from the helpful staff. The BBq food was a highlight, very delicious, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, reasonable price. The hotel's landscaping was beautiful, surrounded by pine tree and beautiful to Tuyen Lam lake, creating a harmonious and relaxing environment. Although the hotel is a bit away from the city center, it's a perfect escape for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. Overall, Romeo & Juliet is a hidden gem , I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing friendliness and responsiveness of the hostess. It is obvious that the person takes a fully responsible approach to the chosen task, this deserves respect and all kinds of praise. For future guests, I would recommend tasting the family lunch.

It may be a little uncomfortable due to the noise from parties next door if it's a weekend. But you just need to take this into account when planning.

Our room had a lovely lake view. The staff were very helpful. The room was fine. Transport (eg Grab or motorbike) needed.

Not the hotel's fault but, a lot of garbage at lake-side and locals karaoking.
