Very friendly staff – The breakfasts and dinners (both added costs, both set each day but very varied across the course of a week) and hot / iced chocolates are world-class – Great to have access to filtered water to top up our water bottles – Nice to eat dinner with the other (usually quite young) guests; collegial atmosphere – Gorgeous setting on the lake and easy access to the cable car, which was a really fun experience

The bathrooms are shared and could do with a bit of a deep clean / spruce-up – Not the homestay’s fault, but local regulations mean you can’t swim in the lake (unless you’re quite sly about it!) and it doesn’t seem very easy to rent a kayak except as part of a tour – The cable car is lovely but drops you off in the middle of nowhere – it’s a long walk or a short Grab ride to the centre of Dalat

EVERYTHING! The amazing lake views, the dreamy common room with nice decoration, big windows to look at the lake, surrounded by plants inside and outside, the hammoks, the tables outside, the comfortable soft bed.... the staff, every single person working here and/or volunteering is soooo friendly and nice. The food they prepare here is yummy and varied, and they have free tea to serve yourself the whole day. aaaaa such a good time here! I enjoyed every second of it :D And I like that they have options for budget travelers (shared dorms, and private room), and bungalows for people wanting more comfort.

The Lake House is one of the most lovely places we been on our trip. I would definitely recommend to book a room with a sea view because the view is soo beautiful. All the people working there are super lovely and helpful. I would recommend everyone to have the family dinner with them. Thank you so much for the amazing and calming stay at the Lake House :)

Nothing it’s perfect

We were directly "in" the lake from the views of our room! Very romantic and charming. The staff, location, and food were also excellent! Easy to rent a motorcycle right from the hotel too and there were excellent locations to drive or hike around!

It would be better if we could rent the same rooms but with their own private bathroom. It would be nicer too if they could offer canoes or kayaks to rent. Also, since it was very rustic, the door was very difficult to lock.

Of course the view! the location is perfect for a relax time and connection with nature. Miss Uin, the owner, is amazing and she prepares everything with lots of love. The food was really natural and healthy! The homestay can connect us more than a resort!

I was happy with everything. Just in case for picky travellers: have in mind is in the middle of nature so you will find little animals everywhere. Not a problem for me but maybe other people won’t expect this.

An amazing location on the shore of the Tuyen Lam lake. Super easy to access. The main city center is a Grab away. Relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. I stayed only two nights but highly recommend to book more if you're looking for a place to relax for a while. The kindness of the staff <3 The meals offered there are absolutely delicious

Nothing, one of my favorite stay in Vietnam

Food, staff, and location were all amazing. Every night was an awesome family style meal accompanied by some beautiful sunsets. Nothing fancy but everything you need for a relaxing stay outside of the city. Love that they have a drinking water station to avoid plastic bottles.If you're hungry outside of mealtimes, there's a super cute restaurant beside the house with amazingly cold draft beer.

The staff was mostly accommodating and provided tips. We loved how close to the lake it was and the pets. Some cafes and restos were nearby so no worries about food. The overall ambience is so chill, we could have stayed for one more night but only able to book two. We’d stay here again!

Nice peaceful area around the lake, away from the busy town. The staff are very nice and very helpful. The general vibe is nice and calm, maybe it attracts people who want the same kind of chilled environment. The motorbike I rented was good too, and I found a good book to read on the shelf and the music was also in good taste.

Maybe the dorm room could have been better, but it was ok, not bad.

My sole purpose to stay at The Lake House Dalat is to shoot the lake. The staff are very friendly, they msg me when I accidentally left my lock when I checked out. The place is suitable for people who are not fussy about amenities., The Lake House Dalat provides enough of that. Best thing you can get there is the magnificent view of the lake.

Im not a fussy person, so its ok for me, but for some might not.
