I stayed in Deluxe Room. The cons are: - Nice view. - Friendly staff. - Good facilities. - Comfortable bedding. - Nice choice of minibar things ;)

When I come back I’d like the following to be improved: - Ventilation hole on the bathroom ceiling should be cleaned. It is too dirty and spoils the bathroom the overall pleasure of the hotel. - The floors in the rooms should be wet washed not just swept 🧹 there were some street dirt from the previous guests. In general, I give 10 points because I spent two beautiful nights at your hotel ❤️

The location is a great option for solo travelers or walking lovers. It took me less than 10 minutes from the hotel to Da Lat Square, Ho Xuan Huong Lake, Da Lat Night Market, and parks. Room facilities are out of my expectations, especially the restroom. I enjoyed warm water showering all day thanks to the central system (I think). You can park your motorcycle right in front of the hotel. A locking gate around 10 pm made me feel secure. For cloud hunting, the receptionists are ready to help from 4 am :)

A confusing address was a little upsetting. However, you will face this problem mostly in every destination in Vietnam. However, the staff is helpful. I stopped in front of the school, and a staff came to pick me up. I think a clear direction online or booking service could solve this issue. Besides, it could be easier for guests if the hotel left the "power card" on the desk. I did not see my card since it was placed on the clothes cabinet. But overall, it was an 8.5/10 grade from me.

The staff are amazing and so nice. The view from our room was also brilliant and it made our stay very good. Very close to food places also and a short walk from da lat centre.

The walls are very thin and we could hear next door a lot, the people next door were very rude and had there TV on for most of the evening aswell as night. Not a huge issue as I didn’t hesitate to pop over and ask them to keep it down as it was coming close to 2 in the morning, the receptionist was amazing with dealing it too

The place were clean,comfortable and comes with the kitchen.The view from the window were amazing and fantastic.

It's just a small matters, early morning the chicken rooster making some noise but at least I got to experience due to stay in the city which you can't get this kind of experience! He He!

The staff was very nice, and helpful. But my favorite aspect of my stay was the view from my room (*huge window, looking into a sweeping valley of houses on that side of Da Lat*)!

The bed was too firm.

Overall good quiet location. Very good price. Nice room with a nice bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful as ever big shoutout to Rory who helped us book our onward bus to HCM after a few cancellations last minute!

Beds were a bit firm, but ok for just the one night and price.

Was easy to get around, nice big room, limited cooking utensils.

Bed was very hard and a bit noisy outside if the door was open

the penthouse room is stunning - 360 view to the neighbourhood and mountains. spacious clean rooms. nice staff. the smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. washing machine and a great balcony. great place to stay in Da Lat

Cozy room with a large glass front, shower bath, well-stocked minibar and international cable TV.

The hotel room was a bit small.
