Beautiful and cozy apartment. Great view from the upstairs balcony, where the pool is. Short walk to the beach. There was also a playground leading to the beach, which is rare in Asia and a happy find for my young kids. The beach was clean enough and we were often the only ones there. Easy place to find for our Grab drivers, but we could also walk along the beach to go downtown (a long but very fun walk).

The pool was too cold to use, but we were there at the end of February.

The owner is very kind and helpful. You can rent motorbike with him and he help a lot about information as he speak a good English. Room are big enough for 2pax and cleaning service every day.

Some renovation on the floor on the top of us make lot noise.... the swimming pool on the roof top is small and not much sunbed to stay. Not central location, need to walk or rent motorbike or take Grab.

The rooms are wonderfully clean, comfortable and have a great view of the sea. The staff organised us a motorbike to rent quickly and were incredibly friendly and helpful.

They no longer offer breakfast and the exterior of the building is quite run down. Luckily the rooms are great.

I loved the room and the overall theme of the hotel. Everything is super clean and staff are always willing to help. The bed was super comfy!

I thought the balcony would be bigger ...

Hotel is across the road from the beach so on the higher floors, rooms ending with 01 and 02 get a sea view. The bed and bedding are good quality. Washing machine in bathroom (but no detergent or instructions on how to use). Our room was spacious. I liked the kitchenette too.

Easy to confuse this with sister property which is far more centrally located. The Apartment property has no breakfast service, is a long walk from the restaurants, bus stop…. The rooftop pool looked run down, a table was still in the pool from a recent storm, decking in bad condition. Not inspired to use the rooftop pool. Some attention needed here by management. It is relatively expensive for what it is. We decided one night would do.

The receptionist doesn't understand English at all and even on translating to Vietnamese he was not even trying to understand. Couldn't even get drinking water because of the communication gap. Highly Inconvenient
