I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is large, beautifully designed, and offers a luxurious atmosphere without being too expensive. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant lobby and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy. The hotel also had great amenities, including a pool, gym, and a delicious breakfast buffet. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the overall quality of the stay.

The only slight downside is that the location is a bit far from the city—not too far, but something to keep in mind if you want quick access to downtown.

Bed was lumpy and some of the features (fountain, water slide) were not operating. Full transparency, we had stayed at a nearby hotel for a few days before, and the Crowne Plaza was a bit less updated, and the breakfast was close, but not quite as good. Not a real problem, though.

Beautiful resort with one of the biggest swimming pools we have ever been in. Also a nice big room with balcony overlooking said pool and the rest of the grounds. Being right on the beach was also nice, though we made the mistake of sitting and walking there when the sand was blisteringly hot. Breakfast buffet was plentiful but a bit too Korean focused for our taste compared to the variety of other hotels.

More access to the grounds would be nice, we had to walk quite a bit anytime we left the room for anything. I was very familiar with Da Nang, but be aware if you are not that it is outside the city so there are not many shops and restaurants within walking distance, but it is very easy to get a Grab car or food delivery if necessary. And to be honest, we were quite unimpressed by the pizza we had by the pool so I would suggest going out for lunch or dinner.

We liked the atmosphere, which was true to the photos provided. We also really liked the gym. The gym had towels and water. There was a nice variety of machines as well as weights. The pool was great and had a fabulous view of the beach.

My husband and I were both unimpressed with the breakfast selection. The waffles were not good and we would have preferred the option to make fresh waffles as opposed to having them sitting out. We did not like the chocolate sauce and would have like to have Nutella. There were plenty of Asian options but we would have liked to see more Western breakfast options.

This giant hotel is right on the beach and everything about the hotel is large. From the giant lobby, the huge rooms and large restaurants. The room was very comfortable with a large balcony with lounge chairs, a king bed, a soaking tub and the most amazing shower. The breakfast seemed to go on forever with breakfast choices from around the world (pho, waffles, sushi, bacon, pastries, eggs-to-order, bao, and so much more).

This is such a huge hotel! We were there in December, which is the off season and it was too windy and cold to be on the beach. As it was the off season, the hotel seemed huge for the smaller number of visitors. They tried to send us away until 2pm check-in time, but relented and gave us a room. It only made sense as most of the hotel was empty. This is along hotel row, so outside the city and you have to take a taxi to do anything outside the hotel.

Great accommodation. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely pool, life guard by the beach. Good breakfast option, catering to the large Korean tourists I assume they get there. My only thing is the location wasn’t perfect for us. We do like to go walking and exploring and we were just a bit far away from any shops to explore. Taxis were cheap and easy to get though. We also got a lot of mosquito bites while here. Not sure why. Had boogie boards and bikes for hire. Kids loved playing on the boards in the water. Clean beach with lovely beach sun loungers.

The breakfast was very good. The facilities were very good, the location was excellent, right on the beach. Massage was very good after a long day. Restaurants staff were very pleasant. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay, we think we will return to Danang and stay at this resort.

Mostly everything was very good. Improvements include why cash deposit was required and not utilize credit card for this purpose for incidentals. The resort lacks a concierge service, we were on our own to figure out how to visit the many attractions, golf courses, and places to visit in the area.

The facilities were great, the room is beautiful, spacious, great bed, the sea view is perfect, the beach is just there after the infinity pool, the service and stuff was very kind. We enjoyed very much our stay, since your arrival the attention is exceptional. Transportation is very easy, taxi is cheap and the hotel always help us get one. Very convenient, great location, great price. I definitely recommend this resort and I am looking forward to come back.

Great facilities, good location , nice and clean, but in need a refurbishment

I think it was casino guys sitting outside the store, spitting everywhere, feet on tables and chairs, throwing cigarette butts on the floor, although there were ashtrays provided. Nowhere for a paying guest to sit.😡😡
